Good location, bad WiFi
Pros:

Good location, close to restaurants and tour excursions. Rooms cleaned well every day.

Cons:

The WiFi did not extent to our room so we were only able to use it in reception which was very annoying
Our safe was not functional as well, the receptionist tried to get it to work but was not able to.

Very centralized and close to the tour agencies I booked with.
Pros:

It is close to everything from tour agencies, restaurants, mercado and coffee shops. You don’t need a taxi to get around. It’s very centralized. Staff is bilingual.

Cons:

I don’t think the linens were changed when I checked in. Why? Because I noticed there were hairs in different parts of the bed and pillows that were not mine.

The hotel was quiet and was very clean. I was able to use the Tv
Pros:

I liked that the hotel was walking distance away from everything such as stores, food and the welcome center where you can catch a bus or taxi.

Cons:

The TV was not working in the room we stayed in and it was reported but not fixed even though they said they would replace it. I had to be on my phone for entertainment which I didn’t really want to do while there for my stay

I was happy with this choice.
Pros:

The location is excellent - in the centre close to the restaurants, shops, fruit market, tour operators. As I had booked a suite, it was like a flat - spacious living room with kitchen, bedroom, bathroom. The bed was VERY comfortable - one of the best I have ever experienced in hotels. They do not have a swimming pool themselves, but the guests can use Midas Hotel's swimming pool and sunbeds that was a lovely surprise.

Cons:

There was no safe box. The door lock was rather complicated to operate.
