Riverside apartments in Ballina is a great place to stay.
Pros:

A fabulous, extremely spacious apartment in the perfect location on the river and in the heart of Ballina.
The staff were lovely and helpful.
A great Thai restaurant downstairs.

Cons:

The swimming pool area could have been a little more inviting with some relaxing lilos by the pool.

Comfortable and lovely by day; Excellent sunset views; noisy at night.
Pros:

Excellent position on the river and in the CBD.

Cons:

Our corner unit partly faced the back laneways which was extremely noisy in the early morning hours.

The apartment was beautiful in a great location
Pros:

The View was lovely of the River, the apartment was huge and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and the balcony was spacious

Cons:

The car park was only 1.97 meters high so too small for my 4WD. lucky I was able to park out the front because i was only staying one night but parking would have been a massive issue if I was staying longer as parking in the main district is only two-hour periods during the day.
The pool is indoor and locked you need to remember to take the key lock combination with you

Pros:

Convenient hub to explore local hinterland, Byron Bay to North and Yamba to south.
Ballina has a decent selection of eateries and shopping facilities akin to a medium-sized town

Pros:

Room was great and clean. Large balcony.

Cons:

Consider putting a sign at the door so after hours people know to get there key from the box at bottom of the stairs.
The Pin pad at bottom of the stairs has numbers missing and confusing to open. Frustrating after hours entry.

Short walk to many great eatery’s and shops. Fantastic view over park and river. Awesome balcony!!!
Pros:

Location and view was amazing 10/10

Cons:

Needs a revamp, paint and the bathrooms weren’t cleaned very well bedroom door was falling off hinges. Extra pillows would have been handy.
