We booked this hotel for one night via Bookng. The date was incorrect and I didn't notice until the day before. I had the hotel I was staying at in Hiroshima contact the hotel to let them know we wouldn't be there at that date and to see if we could change it to the following night. They advised I would need to do this via Booking as well as cancel via Booking. I did this but my card was still charged for the night we cancelled. We arrived the following evening where I asked the person at reception about this. I was again advised it had to be through Booking. The kne good thing I can say about the accommodation is that it is close to Dotonbori. The rooms were very small (usual for Japan) and cleanliness was questionable. As we were staying with family, we booked 2 rooms next to each other. It was interesting to see how quick they were to respond to messages prior to our visit but only ghosted after when trying to get our money back. Booking has not allowed me to write a review on its sight which I find interesting. Over our 3 week trip to Japan, this was easily the worst hotel we stayed at and due to paying for it twice, was also the most expensive. Dodgy businesses leave a bad taste in my mouth. Avoid if you feel the same way.

Location was perfect for our family. Rooms were small but still large enough for big suitcases. Unfortunately, there was no restaurant but with that location we had everything we needed within an easy walk.
