Pros:

Staff was amazing. Location was good. Small hotel, so not busy.

Cons:

Beds were a bit hard. Couldn't leave window open at night to keep room cool.

Clean, friendly staff, location is awesome!
Pros:

We loved the location of the hotel, along with the cleanliness and friendliness of all the staff. The price was amazing for what you get. Overall, location is everything, and this hotel was so close to everything we wanted to see and do. I would definitely recommend this place for budget-conscious travelers.

Cons:

The beds were a bit too firm for our liking, and the shower water pressure was low, but the bathroom was very clean. No A/C but they have fans in every room.

היינו שלושה והיה טיפה צפוף . אבל הצוות ממש השתדלו לעזור וניסו לשנות עבורינו חדר.
הם הכניסו 3 מיטות גדולות בחדר. לכן אין תלונות - היה נח !!!

Peaceful large room in small colonial guest house in heart of Antigua
Pros:

Great location only five minutes walk from main square, great bars and restaurants. Restful large room with quaint colonial public areas. Good water pressure in shower.

Cons:

Bathroom small and shower not very hot. No breakfast offered but almost next door to good place for affordable breakfasts.

I had a horrible experience in this hotel. Would recomme d to avoid it! A manwas screaming inside his room from 2am till 5.30am. I called front desk several times n no one answered. The guardian came to tell the man to quiet daoen but he kept screaming to "someone" on the phone or in the room withvery fowl language and he will not stop. You could hear bottles clinging inside that room I was scared for our safety there n told the night person to call police but he told me he was calling the administrator who was not answering. I tried to reach he over the phone amand she never answered. I called the police but they never arrived (later I found out I called a police outside hotel jurisdiction). I have proof of my calls at 3 4 5 am to front desk and police . The next day the front desk lady was there when i was exiting thr hotel. She was registering 3 new guests. I interrupted to tell her what had happened the night bwfore was unacceptable... her answe was "if you dont like the hotel you can leave'. I could not believe her answer, I told her again it was unacceptable what had happened. With a sarcastic smike she repeated "as I told you there r other hotels you can go if u dont liked this one". I proceeded to gonand report the situation to the office on INGUAt (tourist office) who offered to go to the hotel and help. When I arrived, the frint desk woman (who never answered the phone the night bwfore) stated that by hotel policy they had decided it was better for me to leave the hotel and she woukd cancel the 3 night reservation and not charge mw the night I spent there. She stated that the noise was OUTSIDE the hotel and that I had been the problem!!! Antigua was filled and she literally with total impunity let me out of the hotel. She wanted me to sign a note stating I was leaving the hotel voluntarily in order for me to get my refund.

A little more amenities like 24 hrs. coffee tea would have been good.

The room was last possible room, it had bit of challenge with bathroom design due to space, ok for short stays. It was mentioned upfront during booking and that says allot about transparency, kudus to the owner.
