Excellent hotel for it’s price.
Pros:

It is a great hotel according to its price. I really liked the location, super centric, easy to find and really good customer service if you need anything.

Good location and nice common areas

Cons:

Room was hot and stuffy - 'courtyard view' was a view of their Landry facility which blew hot air into my room. Toilet was pushed against the wall and like an after thought. They were really strict with visitors which is unreadable as I am paying for the use of the room, and it isn't in their policies. Wouldn't stay here again

Las normas del alijamiento no son nada flexibles. Pedimos a las 7:30am poder abrir ambas puertas de la entrada para sacar bien las maletas y nos dijeron que hasta las 8am no se podía abrir.., sin comentarios.

Súper céntrico, el personal es muy amable y te guardan el equipaje por 5 quetzales si lo tienes que dejar de un día para otro, si es al día es gratis.

Lugar bonito la ubicación céntrica pero no respetan los precio de la app

Cons:

Que me cobraron más cuando estaba haciendo el cheking le mostré a la señorita el precio en la app de booking a lo que ella me dijo que el precio es dollares y que ellos cobraron a 7.80 el dollar y al hacer la conversión a quetzales a lo que tuve que pagar

La ubicación , cama cómoda (a algunos les parecerá dura pero es mejor que una que se hunda )

No hay parqueo . Instalaciones viejas. Electroducha me dió un toque eléctrico. El agua se estanca un poco. No incluye desayunos
