Muy pequeño el baño, no era cómodo, los jabones muy baratos calidad para la cantidad de personas que nos alojamos

La vista desde la terraza hacia el volcán y la catedral antigua es Muy linda.
Hay café disponible y agua de cortesía.
Nos asignaron la habitación antes de la hora del check in lo cual fue muy cómodo para nosotros
Tienen servicio de guarda equipaje de pago.

Espectacular
Pros:

El persona muy amable y servicial, la vista al volcán desde la habitación, está a un par de cuadras del parque, a la par del hotel hay unas ruinas muy hermosas, está cerca de todo.

Cordialidad, comodidad y limpieza.
Pros:

La atención de todo el personal es excelente y destaco la calidez y amabilidad de Jesica y Denis.
La limpieza muy buena. Las camas confortables y limpias, como así también las toallas. Un plus es el café de cortesía por la mañana y la cocina común equipada con todo lo necesario. Por último pongo de relieve el asesoramiento brindado por el personal sobre los lugares para visitar y los traslados. Estuvimos en la habitación 8 del primer piso.

Hotel bem localizado em Antígua, bem no centro histórico. O quarto que fiquei era bem grande, com duas camas.

Cons:

O banheiro precisa de uma reforma, assim como a cozinha (coletiva).
