Bathroom small and shower not very hot. No breakfast offered but almost next door to good place for affordable breakfasts.

I had a horrible experience in this hotel. Would recomme d to avoid it! A manwas screaming inside his room from 2am till 5.30am. I called front desk several times n no one answered. The guardian came to tell the man to quiet daoen but he kept screaming to "someone" on the phone or in the room withvery fowl language and he will not stop. You could hear bottles clinging inside that room I was scared for our safety there n told the night person to call police but he told me he was calling the administrator who was not answering. I tried to reach he over the phone amand she never answered. I called the police but they never arrived (later I found out I called a police outside hotel jurisdiction). I have proof of my calls at 3 4 5 am to front desk and police . The next day the front desk lady was there when i was exiting thr hotel. She was registering 3 new guests. I interrupted to tell her what had happened the night bwfore was unacceptable... her answe was "if you dont like the hotel you can leave'. I could not believe her answer, I told her again it was unacceptable what had happened. With a sarcastic smike she repeated "as I told you there r other hotels you can go if u dont liked this one". I proceeded to gonand report the situation to the office on INGUAt (tourist office) who offered to go to the hotel and help. When I arrived, the frint desk woman (who never answered the phone the night bwfore) stated that by hotel policy they had decided it was better for me to leave the hotel and she woukd cancel the 3 night reservation and not charge mw the night I spent there. She stated that the noise was OUTSIDE the hotel and that I had been the problem!!! Antigua was filled and she literally with total impunity let me out of the hotel. She wanted me to sign a note stating I was leaving the hotel voluntarily in order for me to get my refund.

The room was last possible room, it had bit of challenge with bathroom design due to space, ok for short stays. It was mentioned upfront during booking and that says allot about transparency, kudus to the owner.

The only downside was the low water pressure in the shower if you want hot water.

Nous sommes arrivés avec notre bébé après un long voyage, fatigués et affamés, en espérant simplement nous installer et nous reposer.

À notre arrivée, la réceptionniste nous a demandé un montant supérieur à celui confirmé sur notre réservation. Lorsque j’ai calmement demandé où ce supplément était indiqué sur la plateforme, son attitude est devenue condescendante et moqueuse. Après plusieurs minutes d’insistance, elle m’a finalement montré un total différent sur un document papier.

Bien que surprise par cette différence, j’ai accepté de payer pour éviter davantage de complications. J’ai simplement mentionné que si le prix réel avait été indiqué correctement dès le départ, nous aurions probablement réservé ailleurs.

À ma grande surprise, la réceptionniste a ensuite annulé la réservation sans mon consentement, affirmant que nous étions “insatisfaits” et que nous ne pouvions donc pas séjourner là. Nous n’avons jamais demandé d’annulation, nous voulions simplement payer et accéder à notre chambre.

Peu après, j’ai reçu une notification indiquant que ma carte était invalide, ce qui est totalement faux. Elle a également tenté de me faire signer un document affirmant que j’avais été agressive, ce qui est absolument faux.

Se retrouver soudainement sans hébergement, avec un bébé, dans ces circonstances est extrêmement stressant et inacceptable. Je recommande aux futurs voyageurs de vérifier attentivement tous les détails et de rester prudents. Et surtout d'éviter ce lieu!

I was given the last room available on the first floor, right near the reception, so it was a bit noisy. However, I was informed about this in advance during the booking process, which was fair enough.

The bathroom was quite small—even as a petite lady, I could hardly fit in the toilet area. But overall, the room was nice and clean.

The only thing that would improve this hotel is if the mattresses were a bit softer. But that is more of a personal preference.

Bathroom facilities a bit dated, double bed on the short side, and there was a charge for luggage storage that I don't believe is mentioned on the booking

La poca amabilidad de la administradora, el baño tiene puertas falsas donde no hay aireación, en mi país la gente es muy cálida y amable tal vez mi puntuación está inclinada por esto. No me pareció la forma.
