Une expérience cauchmardesque avec un personnel moqueur et désobligeant
Pros:

Rien, nous n'avons pas pu séjourné là. La dame a juste annulé la réservation sans notre consentement.

Cons:

Nous sommes arrivés avec notre bébé après un long voyage, fatigués et affamés, en espérant simplement nous installer et nous reposer.

À notre arrivée, la réceptionniste nous a demandé un montant supérieur à celui confirmé sur notre réservation. Lorsque j’ai calmement demandé où ce supplément était indiqué sur la plateforme, son attitude est devenue condescendante et moqueuse. Après plusieurs minutes d’insistance, elle m’a finalement montré un total différent sur un document papier.

Bien que surprise par cette différence, j’ai accepté de payer pour éviter davantage de complications. J’ai simplement mentionné que si le prix réel avait été indiqué correctement dès le départ, nous aurions probablement réservé ailleurs.

À ma grande surprise, la réceptionniste a ensuite annulé la réservation sans mon consentement, affirmant que nous étions “insatisfaits” et que nous ne pouvions donc pas séjourner là. Nous n’avons jamais demandé d’annulation, nous voulions simplement payer et accéder à notre chambre.

Peu après, j’ai reçu une notification indiquant que ma carte était invalide, ce qui est totalement faux. Elle a également tenté de me faire signer un document affirmant que j’avais été agressive, ce qui est absolument faux.

Se retrouver soudainement sans hébergement, avec un bébé, dans ces circonstances est extrêmement stressant et inacceptable. Je recommande aux futurs voyageurs de vérifier attentivement tous les détails et de rester prudents. Et surtout d'éviter ce lieu!

Pros:

Great location near both the central square and market areas. Very walkable. Everyone working there was very helpful and friendly. The shared kitchen area was also really great for storing food. Really liked that they have filtered water dispensers so we didn’t have to generate a lot of bottled water trash. The area was quiet at night.

Cons:

The only downside was the low water pressure in the shower if you want hot water.

Super emplacement proche de tout mais relativement calme
Personnel de jour comme de nuit très aimable et serviable qui a organisé notre excursion au volcan PACAYA et vers le lac Atitlan en shuttle
Service de Laundry sur place très apprécié
Chambre confortable et très propre

Nice short stay in the center of the Antigua
Pros:

The location was quite central and easy to access. I had a short one-night stay at this hotel, so I cannot say much about the facilities, but they seemed quite good.

Cons:

I was given the last room available on the first floor, right near the reception, so it was a bit noisy. However, I was informed about this in advance during the booking process, which was fair enough.

The bathroom was quite small—even as a petite lady, I could hardly fit in the toilet area. But overall, the room was nice and clean.

Excellent place to stay
Pros:

The view from the room is beautiful. The hotel is very clean. The staff are very nice. The location is great for walking around Antigua. And I appreciated having hot water.

Cons:

The only thing that would improve this hotel is if the mattresses were a bit softer. But that is more of a personal preference.

Pros:

Me cambiaron la habitación... la inicial habia mucho ruido, me hicieron el cambio a una con silencio. El señor que atiende de noche muy muy formal.

Cons:

La poca amabilidad de la administradora, el baño tiene puertas falsas donde no hay aireación, en mi país la gente es muy cálida y amable tal vez mi puntuación está inclinada por esto. No me pareció la forma.

Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, son muy amables.
La vista desde la terraza hacia el volcán y la catedral antigua es Muy linda.
Hay café disponible y agua de cortesía.
Nos asignaron la habitación antes de la hora del check in lo cual fue muy cómodo para nosotros
Tienen servicio de guarda equipaje de pago.
Buena relación calidad precio
