Comfortable.
Pros:

Staff very approachable and helpful; room clean and quiet; swimming pool clean and decent size.

Cons:

For solo travelers, if you need to go out for meals it may be tricky as the only closest option is a mall, but the staff helped me ordering a delivery.

We had a wonderful time. The food was awesome. The pool was great. Wonderful people. Viva Nicaragua.
Pros:

My family and I had a real great time at this hotel. I brought 4 people that had never been to Nicaragua, and at one point, they wanted to order food, and the staff was very helpful. Will stay again.

I cannot think of anything.

Dissapointing and expensive
Pros:

Nice pool. Large comfortable rooms

Cons:

No soap or shampoo in the rooms. No restaurant. There was a busy walled highway between the hotel and the restaurants, so you had to get a taxi to go to the other side of the road or do a long walk. Breakfast was not good. Person serving very unfriendly. Did not offer us juice
Very poor value for money.
