Hotel maravilhoso, localização perfeita
Pros:

Hotel maravilhoso, muito bem cuidado e tudo uma delícia! A região é linda, localização ótima para explorar. Fomos no início de junho, mas parece ser um local que voltaria em qualquer estação.

Pros:

El Spa es excepcional. Ideal para desconectar de un día con varias reuniones. Cristina e Isabel son un encanto. Me hicieron sentir muy a gusto.
Todo el personal es muy agradable y profesional y te hacen sentir como en tu propia casa.
Volveré seguro.

Beautiful and charming but understaffed and no sense of five star hospitality.
Pros:

The hotel itself is stunning, like a charming chateau, beautifully bound in nature with a gorgeous landscape.

Cons:

The staff and hospitality were extremely disappointing. We visited in the first week of June and they clearly didn’t have the bandwidth to take care of their guests. They were constantly understaffed.
They have just one restaurant for dinner daily which is frequently visited by outsiders and it seems that the hotel guests aren’t their top priority even though it’s a five star property. After trying almost everything on their restaurant menu, we decided to order from their room service menu one night and they responded saying it wasn’t possible as they were “very busy”. They did, however, call back in about 30 minutes and say they could prepare something.
Even though the hotel was charming, the staff wasn’t trained well and that affected our overall experience since that’s not what we’ve ever experienced with any Relais & Chateaux property.

Terrible, they ruined my 40th birthday.
Pros:

While the property was lovely, hotels are made by the staff. The staff is terrible

Cons:

We had two reservations they cancelled one of them without informing us or refunding us. Booking had to intervene. Except for house keeping the staff was terrible and did not accommodate even the smallest request.
