Pros:

Не понравилось месторасположение. Попросила Луи поменять номер. Одна ночь, Новый год, гость из другой страны. Мог бы и помочь. Я знаю, номера были. Видно же на букинге. Противно. А я накануне отменила Интереонтиненталь в пользу Хилтона и очень пожалела

Pros:

Отношения персонала которая работает в ресепшне, не говоря о депозите, просто сняла общую сумму из карты, потом говорят что данная сумма вернется через неделю, это было очень грубо

酒店地点都还不错。

Cons:

但是服务很拉跨， 门童不帮忙拿行李， 门口停车场乱糟糟， 还挺危险。退房开发票，前台连个笑脸都没有。 退房早上看到门童居然在大堂坐着玩手机， 都不带帮忙推行李箱的。看了你一眼， 然后继续玩手机。 这个酒店是我第一次在booking 上留这种差评的酒店。富力两个老板看到他们旗下酒店这么个服务水平， 也会非常失望。

Pros:

We liked the luxury of the hotel. Very good selection of food and well presented. All staff were wonderful.

Cons:

The lobby bar was too close to the entrance of the hotel, was quite cold. It needed to be more enclosed.
Didn't like the breakfast, although very good, little things spoiled it. Jams had to be placed on a plate, making it very messy. No western spoons were available for breakfast cereal.

빵은 눅눅하고 맛도 없고 어느하나 잘하는 것이 없다.
오므라이스는 먹을만함.
실내수영장 좋음.
조식엉망인거, 침대 따딱한거 빼면 나머지는 좋음.
