I was happy with the stay in general. Would recommend.
Pros:

Breakfast included, although I had to have staff look it up my booking.com reservation.

Cons:

The heater in the room rattled most of the night until it was turned down to a certain temp.

Everything was good. MOST of the staff was excellent.

Cons:

The check in female at night was rude and looked like she was in her bathrobe. And the check out female was snobby.
The 2 that would take you from 5 stars down to 4 stars. Maybe retrain those 2 or maybe they need to find new jobs.

Our new favorite hotel in this area.
Pros:

Staff at checking were very helpful. We arrived late and tired but in time to have dinner in the attached restaurant. The food and service were excellent. Our room was spacious, functional, stylish and clean. I appreciate the all-white bedding. Even though I booked only shortly before arriving, the hotel was able to accommodate my request for down-alternative pillows. Breakfast the next morning was very good, as were the servers. We did not use other amenities because we needed to be out early, but we would definitely stay here again and are happy to recommend it.

Cons:

I would have to invent something that needed improvement. I've got nothing.
