Friendly staff and fantastic hotel good location and great vibes

Good break fast Well arranged dishes. Enjoyed live kitchen. House keeping staff Ms Arpitha and her friends served my wife very well. Restaurant Manager Melwin was also good in interaction.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at a Vivanta property under the Taj Hotels brand. Despite advance payment being made and confirmed before arrival, the hotel could not locate the payment at check-in, causing unnecessary confusion and embarrassment for the guest.

Communication from the reservations and front office teams was poor, calls went unanswered, and the issue was not handled with the urgency expected from a premium hotel. The so-called “upgrade” turned out to be only a higher floor, not a better room category, and the room itself had maintenance issues (washroom door not closing properly), which should have been checked before allotment.

Overall, the coordination, service recovery, and room readiness fell far below the standards one expects from this brand. I hope the management improves internal communication and guest handling to prevent similar experiences for others.

My recent stay at Vivanta Hyderabad Begumpet was almost like a home away from home.We had been there for the purpose of treatment.As soon as the staffs came to know about my husband’s illness,they treated us with much care and love filled with concern.Mrs Rajashree Mohan, Miss Hoimawati, Arpita,each and everyone helped us like family.Special mention about Rajashree Mohan who became a part of our life during our difficult time.I convey my heartfelt thanks to everyone and wish Vivanta a soaring future ahead.

The breakfast was lavish and full of wonderful choices. Everything was fresh and tasty. But little effort is required at the fruit section as it keeps getting over with limited refills.

The recent stay at the Vivanta Begumpet was once again a delightful experience! Mr Sudhakar made sure that we were offered the best options for our dinner. He personally came and checked back on our comfort and satisfaction! Kudos to the effort and personal attention!

Well maintained rooms, amazing room service and housekeeping from the staff notably Hemanth, Bapi and others who kept the suite well stocked with water and tea and coffee and changed the linen and towels on request every time. Tv connectivity could be improved a bit but nothing which was an inconvenience.
Guest relations personnel notably Rajashree Iyer was very helpful and introduced Chef Akshay Shah to us in order to help with special dietary needs for my mother which was thankfully not much required as she was able to happily consume normal food but Chef Akshay did make some fresh cottage cheese for brekafast which was so tasty and nutritional.
The breakfast buffet is quite a lovely spread catering to every taste bud and has mix of live cooking fresh fruits and prepared hot food spreads and tea coffee bakery juices and yoghurts. The food quality is amazing at Vivanta Hyderabad and has a hospitality team to match.

Stayed here for couple of days as part of my business visit. Ambiance and stay was excellent and pleasant. Very feel-a-feel stay. Food was good and tasty. Longue and corridor was as per expectations and well maintained. Room was quite good and Room service was very impressive.
Sudarshan and Raj Kumar has helped a lot on my food choice and guidance. Answered my queries with patience.

I recently stayed at Vivanta Begumpet and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I checked in until the time of departure, everything was handled smoothly and professionally.

The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The food quality was excellent, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was warm and welcoming. The staff members were courteous, attentive, and always ready to assist.

A special mention to Ms. Rajashree Iyer, who took exceptional care of everything during my stay. She was extremely professional, proactive, and ensured that every detail was handled perfectly. Her hospitality and personal attention made a significant difference and enhanced my overall experience.

Had a decent experience. The hotel is located near old city and it's not that big. Mini hotel for one time visit. Service was good and rooms were well maintained. Other amenities were also good.

This is a classic hotel located very near to the metro in the heart of Begumput with amazing food. The hotel staff is great and the premium rooms are simply superb.

The food and seating arrangements were good and well organized. We could easily identify where the food was kept.

ROOM WAS COMFORTABLE & HAD ALL AMENITIES - NO COMPLAINTS EXCEPT THAT THE BEDSIDE POWER SOCKET OF ONE SIDE HAD NO CURRENT SO THE PHONE COULD NOT BE CHARGED THERE.
