Categories

Cleanliness
9.3
Multiple reviewers repeatedly praised cleanliness: 'Everything great staff clean motel', 'Very clean', 'Everything was clean' — a few isolated issues noted (stained shower floor, cigarette butt on patio, occasional hallway scent) but overall very positive.
Service
9.2
Service is a standout in most reviews: numerous mentions of friendly, accommodating staff and specific praise for employees (Brandon, breakfast attendant, morning desk). One arrival desk agent was described as unfriendly, but overall staff friendliness and helpfulness are consistently noted.
Location
8.8
Standard quality for this hotel tier.
Room Quality
9.1
Rooms described as 'super nice' and guests 'loved it'; requests for specific rooms (first floor) were honored. Minor negatives: pre-set room temp at 60°F before arrival and luggage cart quality noted.
Amenities
8.9
Pool and outdoor areas received strong praise ('pool area so beautiful', 'fun outdoor activities for families'); breakfast area staff also praised. Some critique around limited healthier breakfast options.
Value for Money
7.5
Value is a weaker area: multiple guests called the price (over $200/night) disappointing and noted that breakfast should be included rather than an extra fee.
Food and Beverage
8.3
Breakfast received mixed feedback: some loved specific items ('Conecuh sausage'), staff at breakfast were praised, but reviewers requested healthier options and questioned the separate breakfast fee.
Overall Experience
9.3
Overall sentiment is very positive — many guests described stays as wonderful, would recommend, and plan to return; isolated negatives did not outweigh generally strong experiences.

Pros:

I've stayed here multiple times and the rooms are super nice.

Cons:

The front desk agent at arrival was not friendly at all. Just not great customer service. I've stayed at this location several times when I'm visiting family in the area. The staff has always been amazing. During my departure the next morning the young lady on the morning shift was super nice and friendly.
