Stunning location. Outstanding hospitality. Operator phoned to advise we had left some belongings behind. We had travelled an hour down the road. He drove and met us halfway to return the gear.. absolutely outstanding old fashioned customer service !!

I'd reccommend people stay with this host. I'd booked online in a mad rush while travelling for work. Didn't check my confirmation details correctly. Arrived late in the evening unable to access lockbox - sent a text to the host. Even though it was my mistake, Danny allowed access to the property. The venue was immaculate, considering the host was not expecting anyone and also wasn't onsite when I arrived, the studio was perfect. Everything was clean, and looked like they had prepared it for my stay. It was beautiful, relaxing, comfortable and warm.

A perfect, peaceful getaway with stunning views and exceptional hospitality.
Pros:

We had an incredible stay at By the Bay Beachfront Mangonui this week. Everything was perfect, from the room to the stunning location and breathtaking views. We had the entire place to ourselves, which made the experience even more special and peaceful.

The spa pool was hot and ready for us as soon as we arrived, which was such a lovely touch. The fridge even had milk waiting for us, showing how thoughtful the host is. Speaking of the host, they were fantastic, very welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed.

I would definitely consider coming back again. Highly recommend this place if you’re after a relaxing getaway with beautiful surroundings and excellent hospitality.

Pros:

Great location right on the beach, the view is amazing. Rooms are clean and tidy. The owner is extremelt friendly and helpful. We were having bad experience of double-booking in Paihia at that time and this is the only available property nearby. Had to have extra long driving but everything here is beyond our expectations. Thanks for Danny saved my holiday trip.
