Buen lugar
Pros:

El lugar y el personal de recepción muy amable.

Cons:

Nos ubicaron en una habitación con pocas vistas y habíamos elegido con vistas. El bufet dejaba que desear además del personal de allí .

Pros:

La zona del puerto de la cruz es muy bonita,callejear por el puerto y sus calles es una delicia, el personal super amable, la limpieza bastante bien.

Cons:

La falta de mimo que tiene el hotel, se nota que tiene años pero le falta cuidado, las camas incómodas, las almohadas fatal, papeleras viejas y sin tapas y el desayuno muy triste, teníamos dos días de desayuno y el segundo salimos a comer a la calle.

Le petit déjeuner est correct..
Les chambres sont confortables..

Cons:

La réceptionniste désagréable sans aucun doute déçue de la réservation sur Booking, aucun conseil pour pouvoir dîner en ville..
Pour le départ même comportement, agressif et très désagréable...
Hôtel essentiellement pour personnes âgées, pas de parking, difficile de stationnement..

Pros:

Tuvieron el detalle de dejarnos el coche en el parking. El desayuno estaba bien por el precio que pagabas. La ubicación era muy buena (muy cerca de muchos restaurantes). El personal muy amable. El precio estaba bastante bien para lo que ofrecían y ser un 3 estrellas.el wifi era bueno.

Cons:

Nuestra hab la 316 salia un olor desagradable del baño, la TV era muy pequeña y no era smart TV por lo que no podiias ver youtube o netflix por la noche.
