Pros:

The view from Ridge room is nice n refreshing

Cons:

The front office staff were very slow to check in. Arrived army 3 pm n room not ready . Took long time at counter for staff to even inform me of this. Overall not impressed.

The room mattress needs to be renewed . You can almost feel the springs. It was an uncomfortable night.

Property is amazing with different activity to look into, it is safe as hotel personnel check and verify each and every access including sky ranch which makes you feel secure , their kakanin is amazing

Taal Vista Hotel has been my go-to hotel for about 20 years, whenever I go to Tagaytay. I celebrated special occasions here like birthdays and new year.

History Walk and the mesmerizing view of taal
Pros:

Went here around November for a history walk with my friends, and the tour went really great. I was amazed that the hotel survived different eras, and the historical panels and photographs really encapsulated our history.

The amenities were also amazing, and the people were really welcoming and kind to us. We also got to see the mesmerizing view of Taal, which is worth coming back for! Will definitely come back here soon.

New year count down and celebration with family ♥️
Pros:

We truly did not expect such exceptional care and attention from the staff, most especially Ms. Kenn of Taza and Sir Roll Roque. Their dedication to customer service was outstanding, and they made us feel completely comfortable expressing our needs.

At Taal Vista, we genuinely felt at home 🏡from the moment we checked in with Ms. Aira, to the warm and attentive service we received throughout our stay. The food served by the Taza team was delicious, and our breakfast was generous and perfectly satisfying 🥰an ideal way to welcome January 1.

The entire experience was filled with good vibes, especially as we welcomed the New Year. The countdown at the end of the year was something we truly enjoyed 😃 it was unforgettable and even gave us goosebumps.

Joy was our server at Taal Vista and she helped us and suggested great dessert that my can share which are bibingka, putobumbong with batirol hot chocolate which compliments each other. Great experience! Kuddos
