Buffet breakfast
Bldg we stayed is noisy with kids. Had to request trf of room , still noise from upstairs can be heard. Not able to sleep in the afternoon.
Bellboy took an hour to assist us with trolley. Stairs to the main bldg made it difficult for us to carry our staff.
Loved the balcony room at Lake Wing, the view, the food and the service. Shout out to Dian and Frederick of Veranda!
I had a wonderful experience! Everything went smoothly and I felt very comfortable the whole time. The service was excellent and the place was very welcoming.
Special mention to Mary Joy — she was incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. She made sure I was assisted properly and answered all my questions with patience. Her warm attitude and genuine care really made a difference in my visit.

The consistency here is impressive—the rooms are just as pristine, the breakfast at Veranda is still a highlight, and the cool breeze on the Ridge never gets old. It’s rare to find a hotel that maintains its charm and high standards year after year, but Taal Vista nails it even on my 2nd time around.

Had a wonderful stay at Taal Vista Hotel! The view of Taal Lake was stunning, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff ( Dianne) is very friendly and accommodating. Perfect place to relax and unwind. Highly recommended!
