The room feels outdated, and several fixtures need maintenance. The balcony screen door and sliding door are broken, and the bathroom cabinet door is also damaged.

​The view is the only thing this place has going for it. Honestly, the price is way too high for what you actually get. The building and rooms feel super dated and desperately need a modern refresh. Service was also slacking, the staff were mostly just loitering around chatting with each other, and they didn't even bother to greet us when we walked by. Also, don't rely on the "gym." It’s just three treadmills (one was broken) and free weights that only go up to 10kg. You’re basically just paying for the view here.

Disappointing just like the traffic going to Tagaytay.
Pros:

breakfast, room had a good view, staff helpful

room was musky, bed was musky and lumpy, pillows were hard, bathroom old, weird rules keeping parking slip

we enjoyed there
Pros:

the view was extraordinary! the breakfast buffet was great. however we were not so glad with our room because its obviously the building and fixtures are old, smells in the bathroom too. Also you have to ask for one by one for the hotel toiletress or change towel because we stayed for 2 nights, they just cleaned up and sweep the floor without refilling our toiletress or changing our towels.. also the swimming pool is only open up to 6:00pm.. the summer is so hot, the good hours to swimming is 4:00 to 7:00 pm. although we enjoyed there.

Cons:

the old walling and fixtures in the room, the smell in the bathroom.

Comfortable.
Pros:

Very cozy and homy. We celebrated our 10th year anniversary over the weekend, the staff were very kind to give us a complementary cake to celebrate with us. The AC are working well and fine. The water pressure is superb

Cons:

The Smart TV doesnt have movie streaming platforms like netflix, etc.
