Very nice hotel, would come again!
Pros:

Staff is professional yet friendly and helpful. Lake View rooms are much more enjoyable than the Mountain View rooms. Breakfast buffet is pretty good.

Cons:

Water pressure in the shower was very weak and water temperature doesn't get very hot. Also the air conditioning doesn't get very cold. Finally, there is a constant loud chirping noise all through the night that's pretty irritating that is supposedly from some cricket or other bug outside.

I don’t like it some place have under construct ion and still offer that place so that’s why we supper for allergy because of dashes but thanks the manager the upgrade us

Disappointed about the room given to us because it doesnt match the room i reserved on booking.com
Pros:

The location of the property is near skyranch so its great and the view is amazing

Cons:

Im disappointed because the room I booked didnt match the room given on the day of check in.
I raised my concern to the management but no action was taken.
The room is super out dated and alot of dust.
Also there is ongoing construction so the hallway smell paint and alot of dust not good for people with asthma.

The rooms are newly renovated but the bed and sheets need improvement.
Pros:

The view and parking. The restaurant as well.

Cons:

The bedsheets are old, worn-out and discolored ( grayish ) as compared to other hotels of the same rate.
Suggest to replace the worn out bedsheets.

Pros:

Taal Vista Hotel has always been my 2nd home. It consistently gives me more than excellent experience. The hotel staffs (whom I consider as close friends) consistently delivers warm accommodation. Special mention to Jerby, Jerson, Kevina and Jonard.
