My experience
Pros:

The gentleman in the front was great. The cleaning staff was great they did a good job very pleased with them.

Cons:

Unfortunately the ladies need more work on their people skills I get it we can have days but not always. I call back I forgot to bring back the remote they did not try to help just keep on stating that their policy was to bring back. I stated I left in an emergency and forgot. Did not get my deposit back was not even worth it since 80% of the time tv did not work. Their service of wi-fi keep on freezing. They really need to update their facilities.

Recepcion pidea una opcion y te dan lo que ellas quieren las receocionistas ni siquiera se pueden poner de acuerdo en lo que v an ha decir. Rentas habitacion para dos personas y una recepcionista te da dos botellas de agua y la otr le dice nadamas dale una para las dos personas pesimo servkcio en la recepcion

La ubicación, confort de las habitaciones y las facturas me llegaron enseguida

Cons:

Que te pidan deposito para el control con tarjeta ( $200.00) y que es fecha que no me lo han reembolsado a la cuenta . Es un Robo porque ha muchos usuarios tampoco se los regresan fueron los comentarios que me dijeron en la recepción.

Se da deposito para el control de la TV y no te lo reembolsan cuando regresas el control, según lo liberan y no ha llegado el reembolso, a muchos usuarios les hacen esto, me comentaron en la recepción...es un Robo
