El desayuno estuvo bien solo muy desorganizado, entramos los huespedes y tardan mucho en atender y servir, incluso de olvidan y atienden a huespedes que apenas llegan, nos toco que nisiquiera se acercaron a checar que queriamos hasta que les dijimos y eso porque ya ni gente habia

El personal nos tuvo esperando mucho para hacer el check in, según porque era cambio de turno pero deberían justo llegamos a las 2 como nos lo indicaron, entonces pongan el check in más tarde

The pool , stores are near by , suite was big.

Cons:

Extra fee of tv remote rent for like $25 US dollars
(400 pesos).. didn’t rent it! , I had paid for the room a month in advance . Then the cleaning lady knocked once and the decided to open my hotel room door , just to tell me she forgot to put a sign up for tourist info in my room. ( taking a nap, she scared me ) got up all scared. Oh also no wash clothes to shower ! :/
