Nice, but pricey for room

We paid $153 for one night. We had one TV, the telephone didn't work, no bed sheets for the couch bed, and 3 sets of towels for 5 people. I contacted Hotels.com for a discounted rate because I would expect at least 2 TVs, one in the bedroom and one for the couch bed. But I'm still waiting for a decision from the hotel manager. The amenities looked nice, the beds were comfy, and the staff was pleasant. However, i don't think I'll stay there again for more than $80.

Do NOT recommend!

The staff was excellent.

Cons:

HUGE bloodstain on the mattress and the door wouldn't properly close in our first room. It looked like someone had attempted to clean the stain so clearly the staff had knowledge of it and was okay letting guests sleep in it still.
We were given a second room, but the toilet was on its side in the middle of the bathroom floor. Definitely not going to work.
Third room was at least clean and had a functioning toilet.
