I was out for most of the time during my stay, but the hotel needs an upgrade. Restaurant was good.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly ad helpful.

Cons:

Room were outdated and aircon in room was faulty. Swimming pool and bathrooms were also not well maintained.

Good value for money and comfortable stay with excellent location.
Pros:

The location was great, next to a lot of shopping and food options. The hotel was nice and has an indoor pool.

Cons:

The shower head in our shower was broken, which was completely unacceptable, the shower needs an upgrade in general. There was a stain on the wall which was quite big and should have been cleaned off before we checked in. Their breakfast was the same and terrible in western options (awful cheese platter).

サウナがあるホテルで選んだが、古く、汚く、使用されていないのかボタンを押しても稼働しなかった。フロントスタッフに聞いてもそもそもホテルにサウナがあることすら知らない始末。サウナありと記載すべきではないレベル
