Solo había una toalla en la habitación a pesar de que se reservó pra 4 personas! Y fue un lío que nos dieran toallas porque según ellos no tenían toallas! El primer día en el check-in la recepcionista estaba de mal humor, porque su recibimiento fue muy malo, nada agradable el trato.
La última recepcionista que atendió en el check-out fue muy amable!

Mi reservación no aparecía en el sistema,la muchacha dijo q estaban llenos y al final me dio una habitación más económica con déramos dos personas y solo nos proporciono un solo cobertor si fue muy incómodo dormir estaba fría la noche
