Housekeeping staff were helpful and friendily.

Cons:

the only option was room service when the facility to host meals is there in dining room. Signs indicating reception closed early. No lift to occupy upper rooms. Water leaking into bathroom from upstairs, appears to be common in Newcastle accommodation . Second time it happened in same state but different facilities.
