I don’t recommend this hotel.
Pros:

No room service when I requested as chef went home, bathroom had mold on tiles exterior and interior grouted in.
No one offered to carry my case up to floor with views and no lift, ground floor no views.

Cons:

Staff gave me the wrong email address when I asked for a discount for not for filling my paid account expectations and didn’t compensate at the desk.

Convenient location to where we needed to be. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

Driveway into Mecure needs attention. If you have a lower vehicle it is dangerous trying to get in and out of the establishment.
Bed was hard, (but some people do like this) and pillows were uncomfortable.
For a couple there was only one seating option in the room.
Aircon made a clunking noise so had to turn it off to sleep.

Great location. Nice hotel.
Pros:

Stayed here for a few nights in a queen room. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. You have your own little balcony. Main part of the room was newly renovated but the bathroom was a little bit 1970s style. Staff were friendly.

Short but pleasant

Pros:

The location of this hotel was great. A short drive away from Charlestown and Kotara shopping centres. Staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Cons:

The one issue with this venue is the hot water situation in the mornings. There is a note on the mirror in the bathroom to turn on your hot water tap and wait a few minutes for the hot water to arrive. I had the hot water tap running for 10 minutes and hot water never arrived. I also spoke to another guest close to our room and they had the same experience.
