Good for overnight stay
Pros:

Reasonable for last minute overnight stay. Friendly staff

Cons:

Rooms are a little dated looks to be half renovated some obviously remaining old ie bathroom door kitchen area wood is old and peeling chipped etc.

Unsatisfied and disappointed
Pros:

That is was close to the location I needed

Cons:

It wasn’t clean, dusty under the beds with rubbish under there, there was a lose board under the table and it hit my daughter in the leg and bruised and cut her, when we ordered room service they said they would call us back, but they forgot, didn’t complain to them. But this review came up and reminded me how bad it was, I would not recommend staying there, beds were uncomfortable, never emptied my bins in three days

Pros:

The room was ok and staff made it easy to check in late

Cons:

Very outdated for the price.. bathroom was mouldy and not accessible friendly (shower is inside the bathtub). Lots of funny encounters in the carpark, few drunk people tottering around and were extremely noisy and a couple smoking marijuana outside our room. Perhaps that type of area/location.

Staff at counter when I arrived were nice.

Cons:

Room wasn't clean, previous guests hair was in bath nd sink. In the morning there was no hot water. I told the guy at reception nd he said nothing. Will not be returning

Pros:

All very comfortable. Staff very helpful with assistance with bag to room due to my mobility issue. Breakfast/dining room was a very pleasant venue for eating.
