Had a lovely meal at the restaurant on site. Being on the ground floor had easy access to our vehicle.

Lounge chair had a broken leg & my husband fell. Bathroom exhaust fan didn't work.
Check in was fine, easy access to room with free parking out the front. Room was small but seemed ok. On a closer look the carpets and curtains were filthy. It was only one night so we didn’t say anything. When we got back to the room at 10pm we were kept awake by kids running up and down the hall stomping and laughing. We had to go out and say something to them. I know this isn’t directly the hotels fault but maybe have someone there later at night to control this. Pillows were very uncomfortable but the shower had amazing pressure which was nice.

No room service when I requested as chef went home, bathroom had mold on tiles exterior and interior grouted in.
No one offered to carry my case up to floor with views and no lift, ground floor no views.
Staff gave me the wrong email address when I asked for a discount for not for filling my paid account expectations and didn’t compensate at the desk.

Convenient location to where we needed to be. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming.
Driveway into Mecure needs attention. If you have a lower vehicle it is dangerous trying to get in and out of the establishment.
Bed was hard, (but some people do like this) and pillows were uncomfortable.
For a couple there was only one seating option in the room.
Aircon made a clunking noise so had to turn it off to sleep.
