État de la chambre.. Pas de produits , flacon pas rempli . Une serviette pour deux adultes ai du demander.. je vous passe le temps d attente
Chasse d eau qui ne fonctionne pas. Très très désagréable
Petit dej pas au niveau d'un novotel. Manque de tout et difficulté à avoir soit plus de stock soit....on sait pas
Machine à café qui ne fonctionnent pas. Ai attendu plus d-un quart d heure pour un cafe
Personnel désorganisé, on prend le bidon d eau de la machine et on ne revient ps. Un autre la met en route mais évidemment ne fonctionne pas puisque pas d'eau
Pas de.pain frais
Une seule et unique petite poêle pour l'omelette. Pas de.preparation en amont et délai d attente, bien.entendu trop long . Beaucoup ont abandonné
Et en.plus on.paie la prestation 2200 dinars alors que Ibis , qui jouxte Novotel 1400 dinars et on.partage le.meme petit dej, sur un même lieu !
J ai pris Novotel pour être assuré du confort et de la.qualite habituelle, quelle déception !

Outre le fait que cet hôtel mériterait un bon rafraîchissement ( on est loin de ce qu’on peut voir attendre d’un Novotel), la chambre n’était pas propre notamment les toilettes.

The Wi‑Fi connection was very weak, and unfortunately I was unable to access the internet. The reception service was also rather slow. It would have been helpful to receive assistance with my luggage, especially as I was carrying my sleeping daughter.

hotel is nothing special

Una cafetera en el hotel de 4 estrellas es basico. Pedir jabon y gel tampoco viene al hotel de esta categoría. Y bajar a la recepción por el código correcto para wifi tampoco.

I genuinely don’t know where to begin, because staying at this hotel felt less like a vacation and more like an elaborate social experiment designed to test human endurance.
From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was greeted by a smell that can only be described as “wet carpet meets existential regret.” The receptionist stared at me with the enthusiasm of someone who had just lost a bet, handed me a key (yes, an actual metal key, possibly from the Ottoman era), and pointed vaguely toward a corridor that seemed to stretch into another dimension.
The room itself? Ah, a masterpiece. The air conditioning unit made sounds that resembled a dying tractor, alternating between arctic blast and tropical sauna every 15 minutes. The bed had the structural integrity of overcooked pasta, and I’m fairly certain it tried to swallow me whole at some point during the night. I woke up not rested, but emotionally changed.
Let’s talk about cleanliness. I found things in that room that I cannot explain. Not dust—no, dust would have been comforting. These were… artifacts. At one point I made eye contact with something under the bed and we silently agreed to ignore each other.
The bathroom deserves its own paragraph. The shower had two settings: “gentle disappointment” and “fire hose.” The water temperature oscillated wildly, as if controlled by a mischievous spirit. I’m now convinced I experienced all four seasons in under three minutes.
Breakfast was an adventure. The eggs had the texture of philosophical confusion, and the coffee tasted like it had been filtered through a sock that had seen things. I’m not saying it was bad, I’m saying it raised questions about reality itself.
Noise? Oh, there was plenty. Walls so thin I could hear my neighbor blinking. At 3 AM, someone in the hallway was either moving furniture or summoning something. I chose not to investigate.
In summary, if you’re looking for a place to sleep, relax, and feel human again—this is absolutely not it.

Breakfast was a bit of a strange one. Had to abandon any hopes on the second morning. There was no hot food available at all

Petit déjeuner pas du tout au top pomme de terre de la veille les plateaux des différents plat toujours vide à plusieurs reprises sur la durée de mon séjour obligé de relancer le personnel pour faire un ravitaillement on dirais qu’il économise la nourriture pour les jours suivants et je précise je suis un lève tôt à 8h30 maximum j’étais au restaurant machine à café j’appuie sur chocolat c’est de l’eau trouble qui sort enfin bref il y a du boulot

Túlárazott, a szobák kicsit régiek és szükséges lenne felújítás ezért az árért. Tusfürdő, sampon és szappanon kívül semmi tisztálkodási szer vagy eszköz nincs kirakva.
A WCülőke be van törve.. és úgy hagyva. Barna folt a párnahuzaton és a takarítónő ugyanúgy visszarakta az ágyra, mintha tiszta lenne.
Az asztalon a lámpa hangosan zúg, de nem világít cserébe..
A jóbarátom nem jöhetett fel két percre, hogy megnézze a kilátást a szobából. Mert nem vagyunk házasok, és nem foglalt szobát. Felháborító, hogy milyen feltételezés hangzott el a biztonsági őr részéről, hogy nem engedheti fel, mert nem a férjem. Két perc alatt ugyan mit tennénk? És ha a bőröndöm segített volna lehozni? Illetve hogyan foglalna két perces tartózkodásra?
