An exceptional hotel experience in Baku.
The JW Marriott is a very high-level hotel, with beautiful facilities, excellent restaurants and a wonderful breakfast. But what really makes this hotel special is the people.
I travel a lot and stay in some of the best hotels around the world, and I can say that I have rarely experienced service at this level. The staff are personal, attentive, sensitive and genuinely caring. Even though this is a large luxury hotel, the service feels much more like what you would expect from an excellent boutique hotel.
A special mention must go to Sabir at breakfast. His service was something really special. Warm, professional, thoughtful and genuinely caring. He made us feel very welcome every morning.
A fantastic experience from beginning to end. Definitely one of the best examples of hospitality I have experienced in a long time.
