Przy zameldowaniu powiedzielismy ze ostatniego dnia chcemy sie wymeldowac o 4 rano zeby zdazyc na samolot. Poniewaz mielismy pokoj ze sniadaniem pani z recepcji zaproponowala nam box snoadaniowy i powiedziala ze bedzie gotowy o 3.50. Przy wymeldowaniu okazalo sie ze nie bylo boksow. Obiecano je dostarczyc w ciagu 7-10 minut. Po 12 minutach zadzwonili z recepcji na kuchnie i tam powiedzieli ze jeszcze 7 minut. Nie moglisny dluzej czekac. Wiec po powrocie do domu napisalam reklamacje i poprosilam o zwrot srodkow za sniadanie. Niestety nikt nie raczyl ani odpowiedziec ani nawet przeprosic.

I had a wonderful experience staying at the Marriott Absheron Hotel. The overall service, atmosphere exceeded my expectations.
I would especially like to exceptional service in the Executive Lounge. Javid Karimov and Farhad Aliyev were super outstanding. They are professionals, polite and well educate and highly competent in what they do. It was clear that they know how to manage the lounge efficiently and create a comfortable environment, they handled everything smoothly. Thanks to them, my experience in the Lounge was truly memorable.
Хороший, с качественным ремонтом, отель, отличные завтраки, прекрасный персонал, клиентоориентированный и коммуникабельный. Бассейн хорошего размера на высоком этаже с прекрасными видовыми характеристиками. Отель, как и сам Баку, смело рекомендую.
Странные дизайнерские решения, такие как раздвижные двери из ванной комнаты, двери не плотно закрываются и свет и шум может мешать, особенно ночью. На завтраках не хватало самостоятельной станции кофе, чай, обычной воды. Но, повторюсь, претензий к персоналу - никаких. Работу свою они выполняли прекрасно.
