Pros:

La ubicación es extraordinaria. Precio muy competitivo. Baño con ducha y muy limpio. Se ve que el personal hace mucho para que parezca un sitio de 3 o 4 estrellas. Ideal para estancias cortas. Solo para descansar, estar bien ubicado. No pidas más. El precio, excelente.

Cons:

Es un hotel 2 estrellas. No esperes la super comodidad. Habitación prolija y limpia. Colchón algo duro y merece un cambio. Se escucha mucho lo que sucede alrededor. Si la habitación de al lado se ducha o utiliza el baño, se escuchan las cañerias

Excellent value for pilgrims: clean, well located, strong WiFi, and right across from Decathlon.
Pros:

Stayed at Hotel Castilla in Gijón and found it to be a great value. It’s an old-fashioned hotel with a 24-hour attendant and an excellent location right in the tourist center, close to restaurants, shops, and other amenities.

For pilgrims, the location is especially convenient: the hotel is directly on the Camino route and close to three grocery stores plus several outdoor shops, including Decathlon right across the street.

The rooms are small but clean and functional, and the WiFi was the strongest I’ve experienced in Spain so far. Highly recommended.

Ubicacion, descuento en parking.

Cons:

El personal de recepcion de malas formas, parecia enojado.
El ascensor tiene en la puerta de entrada, una escalera de 5 ó 6 escalones para llegar a él. Personas con movilidad reducida o silla de ruedas, inviable. El ascensor para 2 personas maximo, si vas con maletas, 1.
Los pasillos del hotel, estrechos y con piso de moqueta lo mismo que la habitacion.
El baño...con bañera pequeña que ni puede llamarse bañera, estrecha, pequeña y alta. Tenía cortina de tela 😣. No tiene bidet. Hay que subir un escalon desde la habitacion, la puerta es plegable, el bajo de la puerta todo desconchado y el WC metido en un hueco que si alguien es grueso, no entra. El shampoo y gel, en botes grandes y con letrero de impresora.
Y ademas, de las lamparas que estaban a los lados de la cama, 1 de ellas sin pantalla, solo la bombilla.
No desayunamos ahí ya que el precio no merecía la pena.
Nuestra habitacion, daba a un patio de luces.
Ni por asomo, las fotos que se muestran.
