Hotel Vita Bella Resort & Spa

Oteli kendi plajı ve iskelesi olduğu için seçtim ancak otele girer girmez plajdan akşam saat 6 da ayrılmamız gerektiği söylendi. O saatten sonra iskele kebapçı oluyor, bilginize!
Açık büfe kahvaltı var ancak vasat ve saat 10.30 da büfe toplanıyor. Tatil ve eğlence amaçlı gidilen bir tesiste bu hiç konforlu değil.
Otel spa resort adıyla geçiyor ancak fitness odası ve spa alanı işlevsiz. Kapalı havuzun motoru çalışmıyor, jakuzi bozuk, bir koşu bandı bile yok.
Açık havuz alanı güzel ancak orası da çocuk ve dadı doluyor kafa dinleyemiyorsunuz.
Personel güleryüzlü ve yardımcıydı ancak dört yıldız standartında bir otel değil. Verdiğim paranın karşılığını ne yazık ki alamadım.

Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, Außenanlage also Pool & Strandbereich sehr schön. Dafür haben die Zimmer definitiv eine Renovierung nötig. Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend.

İkinci kez tercih ediyorum. Otel konumu çok güzel. Gürültüden uzak sakin Gündoğan bölgesinde. Otel çok temiz ve plajı çok keyifli. vermek istediğim geri bildirim: otelin koridor / avlu bölümlerinin klimasız olması. Otel girişte daha soğuk olabilir. Bir de kaldığım 310 numara, bahçeden horoz ses çok rahatsız edici, erken uyanmamıza sebep olabiliyordu (Her oda için geçerli olmadığına inanıyorum, cephesine göre değişiklik göstermekte) genel olarak memnun kaldık teşekkürler güler yüz ve hizmet için.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, great area, the wifi was not working as good but we had a good time :)

Cok guzel bir tatil deneyimiydi. Konumu cok guzel, hizmet mukemmel, odalari rahat, cok temiz, cok iyi bir restorani var. Herkese tavsiye ederim

Odaların temizliği harika. Otelin kendine ait plajı olması çok keyifli deniz temiz. Tekrar tercih edebilirim

Beautiful grounds. The spa didn’t have its hot tub or indoor pool open. I guessed that was because it was slow season. The staff offering hammam and massage did an exceptional job. We had both done on separate days. The only problem that occurred was that a customer walked in on my wife in the middle of her treatment (& she was nude too!) as he was looking for a staff member to make an appointment. I recommend the staff have a sign made to alert guests that the masseuse is working with another guest at the moment so they can come back at another time. This may have avoided that embarrassing incident for my wife.

Odalar çok basit döşemiş, bir sehpa mesela iyi olurdu. Banyo ve balkon güzel. Kahvaltı fena değil, nescafe harici kahve yok ama büfe zengin. Eylül sonu çok az personel olmasına rağmen servis hızlıydı. Plaj güzel ve konumu çok iyi.

Like the hotel definitely coming back

Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Kein Wunsch wird einem abgeschlagen. Es ist sehr schön vom Hotel aus an der Promenade mit den vielen guten Restaurants entlang zu schlendern. Kurz gesagt in diesem Hotel fühlt man sich gleich wohl.

Gostamos muito da estadia e se tivermos oportunidade voltaremos. No quarto família sentimos falta de mais um banheiro, e no nosso caso, o que fez falta foram atendentes com maior fluência na língua inglesa.

Their staff is very kind although we had to wait for 15 mins to prepare the room, i loved the pool but what i did not like is the room, they need to renew the furniture. Also, the cleaning service they were nice but i can see the dust spots after they clean on the objects. What i hate that one of the staff was flirting with us and wanted to follow and talk through instagram app.
Unfortunately, their english is so bad so keep in mind to have your google translate with you to talk with them and make sure to have a good service because there is no good service in the rooms.
I have to say that the reception guy, Mustafa, is such an amazing person and he helped us a lot + he knows english.
Overall, the hotel was good but not perfect, if you’re planning to take tan and stay a lot in the hotel make sure to book a good one.

Sezon henüz başlamadan otelde konakladık, oda temizliği ve kahvaltı çeşitlerinden çok memnun kaldık. Geç check out yapmamıza da izin verdiler tekrar gelmek isteyeceğimiz bir otel

The staying at this hotel was just wonderful. I liked everything - service, location, room. Absolutely price-worthy. Thanks to all the staff for making this place so hospitable and calm.

The hotel staff was extremely polite, kind and professional. Both in personalities and availablity. The hotel was also in a very proper state overall and the location was really good. The staff also handled some ill-mannered guests with such patience and politeness, even though the guests' behaviours were obnoxious. This is applaudable

Regarding the room, it was cleaned daily and therefore always proper. A few points to mention were in the bathroom where water would accumulate on the bathroom floor and not drain away. We had to renew our floor towel daily for that reason. Another point is the toilet flush buttons which appeared to be a little loose.

We did not make use of the spa & wellness/ gym facility so we cannot comment on that. The restaurant and beach facility was great!

We very much enjoyed our stay!!

Frühstück könnte besser sein aber das Essen im Restaurant war sehr lecker !

Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert und werde hoffentlich bald wieder kommen.

Güler yüzlü ve yardımsever personel. Aileler için temiz ve konforlu bir konaklama geçirdik.
