FERGUS Club Palmanova Park

Hotel sam w sobie bardzo fajny, jest wszystko na miejscu co trzeba. Samo miejsce jest też perfekcyjne,blisko plaży i sklepów . Co niestety nam się nie podobało to hałasy od strony wewnętrznej- recepcji. Dostaliśmy pokój tuż nad recepcja i niestety w nocy słychać każdy krzyk , hałas , przyjeżdżających i wyjeżdżających. Generalnie nie spaliśmy dobrze właśnie przez to mimo bardzo wygodnych łóżek. Trzeba dodać że obsługa jest bardzo miła i pomocna , szczególnie na sali gdzie podawane sa posiłki. Nadzwyczajnie miły jest Pan który wita gości przy drzwiach którego serdecznie pozdrawiamy .

We stayed here for a short early May bank holiday getaway to celebrate my daughter’s 9th birthday, and we really couldn’t fault the place — everything was pleasant, welcoming, and friendly throughout our stay. Check-in took less than 5 minutes as we provided all passport info in advance online.

The hotel kindly surprised us with an upgrade to beautiful Magnus rooms with jacuzzis on the ground floor, right by the pool. As we were travelling with grandparents, we also had interconnecting rooms, and both were beautifully prepared on arrival. The rooms included coffee machines, fridges stocked with bottled water, and everything was laid out very conveniently. Housekeeping was excellent and the rooms were spotless every day, however the hotel is clearly quite old yet very well maintained and fairly recently renovated. Despite being poolside, noise levels were never an issue, and the evening entertainment finished at a reasonable hour, so we always had a good night’s sleep. The air conditioning was also fantastic — powerful enough to keep the room cool, yet quiet enough to sleep comfortably.

The food was what you would typically expect from an all-inclusive buffet, with plenty of choice at every meal. Evening dinners were themed, and we especially enjoyed the Mexican night. Drinks were fairly basic, with most cocktails being pre-mixed and quite weak, while the more premium options came at an extra cost. That said, the paid cocktails were excellent — I had a beautifully presented Mojito for €8.80 that was genuinely lovely.

The pools were very clean and well-maintained, with lifeguards always on duty, so everything felt very safe. Floaties not allowed, only small swimming rings and noodles. The only downside was that none of the pools are heated, and the water was freezing cold this early in May. We also had some rain and cloudy weather. Thankfully, our jacuzzi more than made up for it. The children’s slides and inflatable pool ball were an absolute hit with the kids.

There were plenty of sunbeds around both pool areas, and unlike many resorts, very few were reserved early in the morning, so we never had any trouble finding a spot. Some families seem to claim a spot as theirs every day, but that's certain Brits for you, and outside of the hotel's control.

The animation team also seemed to do a fantastic job keeping the younger children entertained. My daughter is 9 now, so she wasn't very interested, and they didn't really involve the older ones. Mini Disco looked very popular from afar.

Overall, this was a great-value holiday and we would definitely return. We booked our holiday through Jet2 Holidays and everything was seamless from start to finish. We actually whizzed through the airport and were also the first ones to be dropped off at the hotel since it's only 20 minutes away from Palma airport. Great job Fergus Club Palmanova Park for such a lovely stay!

Food was fabulous

And the service was out standing.
Especially the service we received from Sabrina.

Please ignore the negative reviews ...if you want a 5* hotel and faciliities then pay for it
Myself and my wife stayed here in mid april and had an amazing stay ...greeted on arrival by the very friendly and helpful front desk team
Arrived at just after midday and our room was ready which was a bonus so dumped our cases and headed down to resteraunt for lunch and a drink
The room was nipping clean and was cleaned everyday by the lovely maids who were always pleasant and polite
We stayed all inclusive and the drinks what we had were all of a fairly decent quality
We stayed on the assumption that although we were all inclusive we would most likely eat out on a few occasions during our stay , but we ate breakfast and evening meal every day in the hotel as the food was really decent and always plenty of choice
The staff work tirelessly to keep all areas of the hotel clean but sometimes i think they are fighting a losing battle
We didnt see any of the entertainment throughout day or night as we were always out and about but when we passed on our way out it seemed to be ok
The hotel is situated within easy walking distance to palma nova and it took us just over 20mins to walk into Magaluf...buses run regularly into Palma city but can get quite busy and will sometimes drive straight past the stop if they are full
On our departure day we had an early flight and a 5.30 am pickup but the lovely man on reception fetched us warm crossaints from the kitchen whilst we were waiting which i thought was really nice of him
All in all a thoroughly enjoyable stay , rooms basic but clean , friendly staff and good selection of food and drinks.

me and my boyfriend stayed for 6 nights at Fergus for such a good price. we had a really nice room so close to the pool and bar. the pool was chilly but so refreshing in warm weather and not too overcrowded. the bar is amazing u can have any alcohol with any mixer and a choice of about 5 cocktails for the all inclusive. the food was amazing! something for everyone- we aren’t picky eaters but if u are there is pasta every night with either carbonara or tomato sauce and pizza which is amazing. the staff are friendly and entertainment is really good at night - our favourite was magic bubbles! each night there is a mini disco at 8:30pm for the children and they love it !! also there is a selection of e-bikes and bikes at the front and we hired them for the day which was perfect we cycled all along the cycle route almost to palma and stayed at a beach it was easy and no problems. we would definitely come here again and it’s close proximity to the beach is about a 6 minute walk

Accessible to beach and airport and tennis academy, staff super friendly

They made every activity enjoyable and created a lively environment that brought guests together throughout the day and night.

Liked the location, walking distance to bus stop A11 direct from the airport, souvenir shop and lovely beach. Good selection of food and drink at the buffet. Nice red wine!

For anyone who is looking to book here with children go for it. The entertainment team here are great, they really go out of their way to make the kids happy. My 2 children G7 B10 have absolutely loved their week here, the slides and inflatable have been a massive hit, all entertainment team have been amazing but we must say that Lorenzo has by far been the best.. he couldn’t do enough for us and the children he really made us feel welcomed. Big big thank you to Lorenzo you are the best!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing holiday. The facilities were excellent, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was always fresh and delicious.
What a truly made the experience unforgettable, was the entertainment team. They were incredibly energetic, friendly, and professional especially Lorenzo, always making sure guests were involved and having a great time, from daytime activities to evening shows, their enthusiasm was contagious and created such a positive atmosphere around the hotel.

This week we are staying at Fergus Club in Spain. It is a plesant stay!
We are with 5, three kids (10-8-6).
This hotel is very nice for families.
The people of the entertainment for the kids are really sweet! Matthias, Minu, Lorenzo, Maritza, Sergio and the others- they know all the names of the kids, are enthousiastic, creativ, work with eachother and just really sweet and hard working every day, all day. From volleybal, to football, to the rules in the game-room, but mostly the high fives and smiles When they just walk by.

Also a shout out to the staf who take care of cleaning the rooms (who our daughter gave them flowers and you see they apreciate it), till terras staf, the very nice smile of Armando while he is picking up our plate after diner, the chefs of the kitchen who prepare every meal. Bartender Christian. Javier who looks like an all rounder on the terras. And the funny improvisation qualities of the bingo lady!
We still have a couple days left, but I can already tell, the staf is very nice at this moment!
Aswell we enjoy the pool, the bed is good to sleep in and the shower is nice to stand under. Thx already to make this trip like this.

Just back home today had a lovely time. We usually go away June time and spend a bigger budget so thought we would experiment with a cheaper alternative earlier in the year, paid 1k for 2 adults one (free child 14) for week in Easter holidays UK with Easyjet and it definitely paid off. We opted for here over the Fergus club Europa after reading the reviews on both and happy with our decision.

Positives....
Lovely clean hotel. Our room was cleaned daily and beds made. Towels changed if you leave them out but we were happy to reuse.
Very comfy beds though could do with more pillows!
Good range of buffet food especially breakfast and tea (not a huge blended soup fan but the veg soup was lovely) and was always pizza and chips for any fussy eaters and dinner and tea.
Decent entertainment very varied with music, circus, karaoke, magic (who knew our favourite of the week would turn out to be Mr Bubble)
Hard working staff all over hotel especially the animation team but not at all pushy just friendly... Enjoyed my daily aqua fit.
Self serve soft drinks, hot drinks and beer (with decent size reusable plastic beakers)
Rarely a queue at the bar
Comfy sun loungers that don't tip
Lovely sunny weather
Nice pool never too busy (we only used main pool not kids)
Nice big balconies (ours overlooked front of hotel above the Irish pub but was good for evening sun)
Nice walking distance to beach (5-10 mins max) then lovely walk all along the promenade to Magalluf.... Hear the noise and turn back
Lovely beach side bar turtle beach does fab giant cocktails.... Tipsy turtle was lovely... Not cheap at 13 euro but worth it
Lovely sandy beach (we just used our towels but it's 20 euro for 2 loungers/umbrella/locker)
Nice swim in the sea with snorkel to see the fishes
Nice trip on pedalos (20 euro for 1 hour... They also take card)
Lovely little cookie type biscuits at snack and restaurant 😋
Tedi (like home bargains) and lidl 2 minute walk out front of hotel or Lots of local type spar and corner shops within a few minutes walk.

Negatives....

Cocktails.... Don't bother... They pre made in a machine and all taste of weak juice just ask for what you would like and staff happy to make it. We enjoyed our daily vodka slush, vodka lime soda, spirits and mixer and they also do cava. Can only get 2 at a time which is a pain when 3 of you but mostly they did give us 3..
They seem to have vodka, gin, brandy, whisky, local version of baileys, malibu, tia Maria, rum dark and white
Rose, red, white wines and sangria

Snack bar... We found it OK but it is basic it does the job for lunchtime, always pizza, burgers, hot dogs, chips, pasta and salad. You can go to restaurant for lunch but we never did.

Noisy neighbours arriving part way through the week on both sides seemed to enjoy partying on their balconies . Had a lovely quiet first half of the week so just our bad luck. Mostly families and couples.

Sun lounger gate isn't a big issue or wasn't in April.
My other half got up every morning about 7/7.30am and would sit by the pool with our towels. He enjoyed the quiet start. Apparently you are supposed to wait until 9.30am but many put their towels out and went back to bed, others stayed and it's absolutely fine to go to breakfast or lunch and leave them and come back. General rule is 40 minutes but other than a few mornings when towels were removed never saw the pool staff stick to this. Definitely if you are happy to sit anywhere was many loungers still available after 9am.

Inflatables not allowed in the pool.... The type with 2 cushions and net in between seem OK but no big lilo or donut types. Balls, baby floats, noodles, all absolutely fine. I think the lifeguard did like his whistle first few days 😂

We would definitely come back at the right price. It was far better than we expected. We have a 14 year old so didn't try kids club or kids pool. Also definitely the quieter side of Palmanova which is good! Would not want to be the side nearer Magalluf!

5-10 minute walk from the beach. Such value for money. Lovely hotel for the price, fantastic entertainment and can not fault the hotel 1 bit. Had a week with the famil, 4 adults and a 2 year old and loved every second

For what we paid we couldn’t fault our stay at all!

Rooms were a good size, modern and cleaned well. Only odd thing are the sinks in the bedroom and lack of coat hangers!

The pool areas were clean and tidy. We didn’t struggle for sun beds but I can imagine there wouldn’t be enough in high season.

The food was nicer than I expected! Could’ve been a bit warmer on some days but always something enjoyable to eat.

The lager on all inclusive is san Miguel which you pour yourself which was a win!

The bouncy thing in the pool and slides great for the kids.

Entertainment is ok. The staff work really hard but with what must be a limited budget but again for what we paid it was good.

If you like Indian food I highly recommend Jaipur which is about a ten minute walk from the hotel. They do a deal where for 2 you have a mixed starter of pakora, chicken tikka, onion bhaji and vegetable samosa, a rice of your choice, 2 curries of your choice, a naan bread of your choice and a bottle of wine for 40 euros! Food was absolutely stunning and huge portions. Fantastic value for money!

Already looking to book to go back same time next year as found a bargain again!
