Fantastic hotel for a family holiday!
Our 7 year old enjoyed the slides & younger pool and games room.
Our teenagers enjoyed the pool, the sun loungers, all inclusive food (so if they missed breakfast they could easily get food when they woke up! )
We booked a Magnus suite, which I would recommend for the space, bigger balcony and use of the play station, especially when it gets SO hot!

Great hotel food is good location also

We stayed at this hotel in July 2026, and we had a wonderful experience.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Our room was spotless, and all the furniture looked new and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, with great pillows and a clean, fresh bed linen without any stains. Housekeeping cleaned our room every day, which we really appreciated.

There were so many activities for children that they were never bored. Every evening there was different entertainment, making each night enjoyable for both kids and adults.

The food was another highlight of our stay. The selection was huge, with something for every taste. Everything was fresh and delicious, and we didn’t even have enough time to try all the dishes during our vacation.

I usually don’t like returning to the same places, as I prefer discovering something new. However, this hotel is definitely an exception. It truly deserves all the praise, and I would be very happy to come back again in the future.

Best bar service in the Irish bar.

Booked for ten nights stay with my family (4 year old and 1 year old children). Personally, would say the hotel was way too busy, (I’m talking sun bed wars (need to be up 7am to select a decent bed) and meal times at the buffet were too busy for my liking on holiday) but maybe that’s just me! However, I must say staff were doing their best to clean and tidy and always had a smile on their face. My eldest child loved the pool, however the water shooter is on from the minute it opens to the minute it closes (noisy) and it can get very busy in the pool. The lifeguards are also very good and always alert which is reassuring!!
Rooms were clean, although not much storage for a family of 4.
Overall, would recommend to families with children.

It is a nice hotel for family and Copples only the eat is kind a cold and old its deffintely not gresh but is ok

We are currently staying at Fergus club palma Nova park as a family of 10 to celebrate our dad's 70th birthday, and I honestly cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.
Before we arrived, I emailed the hotel to organise a surprise birthday celebration for my dad, and Gianfranco couldn't have been more helpful. He was so accommodating and reassuring throughout the planning process and really went the extra mile, organising a wonderful dinner for us at Mckevitt's and truly went above and beyond to make my dad feel so special. Gianfranco, José and the rest of the staff, came to greet us at the diner and sing Happy Birthday, with a fabulous cake.
The staff have been incredibly friendly and attentive and made some lovely gestures during our stay. Can not fault the customer service at all!

The kids love the pool trampoline and have spent hours having fun there. Pool Beds do go fast but they do have a system to remove towels that aren't getting used.
Finally, the restaurant deserves a special mention. The food has honestly been some of the best we've ever had at a hotel. There is an excellent variety every day, everything is fresh and incredibly tasty, and we genuinely haven't had a bad meal. Would come back just for the good food alone. Rooms are spacious and cleaned everyday, hotel just has a really nice vibe.

A huge thank you to Gianfranco, José and the entire team for making our dad's 70th birthday so incredibly special.

We booked the Soller excursion on our stay and it's a great way to see the island, the guide Ale was fabulous!

Не первый раз отдыхаю в сети отелей Fergus, и на данный момент FERGUS Club Palmanova Park однозначно лучший из тех, где мне доводилось останавливаться.
Впечатления начались уже с момента заселения. Мы приехали около 10:00 утра, хотя официальное время заезда — 15:00. Несмотря на это, нас заселили примерно в 11:00–11:30 и даже предоставили завтрак. Кроме того, нам бесплатно повысили категорию номера и добавили джакузи. Сейчас живём в номере 045 на первом этаже — расположение, на мой взгляд, просто идеальное.
Номер приятно удивил оснащением. В наличии были две бутылки питьевой воды, чайник, кофе, мини-холодильник, микроволновая печь, телевизор и даже PlayStation. Всё чисто, удобно и продумано для комфортного отдыха.
Отдельно хочу отметить работу сотрудников ресепшен. Общение всегда вежливое, вопросы решаются быстро и профессионально. Видно, что персонал действительно старается сделать отдых гостей максимально комфортным.
Для семей с детьми здесь созданы хорошие условия. Есть небольшие водные горки, детские развлечения и анимация. Аниматоры активно занимаются с детьми, проводят различные мероприятия и помогают организовать досуг. Для взрослых также предусмотрены развлечения, включая аквааэробику и дневные активности.
Питание мне понравилось и полностью соответствует моим ожиданиям. На обед и ужин предлагаются пиво, сангрия, белое и красное вино. Всегда есть выбор основных блюд и десертов. Также можно выбрать удобную систему питания — только завтраки или «всё включено».
Приятным сюрпризом стала бутылка шампанского при заселении. В отеле есть просторная зона отдыха с большим экраном, где транслируются спортивные события. Во время нашего отдыха можно было смотреть матчи чемпионата мира по футболу.
Пляжные полотенца выдаются по депозитной системе — 10 евро за полотенце. После возврата полотенца залог полностью возвращается.
Расположение отеля также заслуживает высокой оценки: до моря можно быстро дойти пешком, рядом есть всё необходимое.

As a family of 4 we had a lovely week at the hotel. The staff were all lovely especially one of the waiting staff who I think was called julio. He always welcomed us at the door and made a particular effort with the children. He came to wish us a good flight home as we left and he is an asset to the hotel and he helped make our stay even better.

The facilities were nice especially the pool. The room was lovely and clean and the beds were good as were the jacuzzi and shower. The gym was nice and had some great stuff to use.

The grounds were well kept and tidy and everything was clean and well looked after.

The hotel was within walking distance of lovely beaches and shops etc and I would not hesitate to book here again. Would highly recommend visiting here if you are going to Mallorca.

Had a good week here as a family of 3. Heat fierce at the moment so glad to be heading home to Ireland. A special shout out to Giovanni the bar man. He is the best cocktail maker and so friendly. Nothing is a bother. Thank you Giovanni 👍

I have been going on similar vacations for over 15 years, but this hotel was the worst in terms of a good night's sleep. The hotel is mainly full of English, Irish and Scottish guests. They let their children run around the hallway and in the room until 1-2 in the morning, screaming and banging. If you say something, it gets denied or they tell you to go to the manager. After a visit to the reception, they did quiet down that night, but then you are still surrounded by other rooms with noisy people. On top of that, all the doors slam shut. That should be solvable with soft-close.

So, the hotel is mainly suitable for families who don't consider a good night's sleep that important.

I know it is a family hotel with children, but you would expect them to be in bed on time. Here, they behaved like partygoers.

The hotel looks neat with a large swimming pool. There could be a few more sunbeds. The buffet has a good selection, but the following week it was the same again. During the day, you can get hot snacks at the pool bar. High season will be on the busy side. The food looked good, but the dessert bowls could be cleaner.

The room is spacious enough with a large balcony. Unfortunately, you cannot turn off the light on the balcony yourself, causing light to enter the room. Cleaning was done daily and towels were replaced. The faucet is on the small side, which is inconvenient for washing and causes water to splash onto the sink. As a result, you cannot place anything there. An extra shelf would be handy. Unfortunately, you had to pay for the safe.

A beautiful sandy beach is within walking distance and was nice and quiet. Bus stops are nearby, meaning you can also take the bus from the airport instead of a transfer. A supermarket and discount store are nearby.

Ik ga al meer dan 15 jaar op vergelijkbare vakanties, maar deze hotel was de ergste qua nachtrust. Het hotel zit vooral vol Engelse, Ieren en Schotten. Die laten hun kinderen tot 1-2uur in de nacht nog rondrennen op de gang en in de kamer, schreeuwen en knallen. Als je wat zegt wordt het ontkend of zeggen ze ga maar na de manager. Na een bezoekje aan de receptie werden ze die nacht wel stiller, maar dan zit je nog tussen de andere kamers waar ook herrie is. Daarbij slaan alle deuren ook hard dicht. Dat moet op te lossen zijn met soft close.

Het hotel is dus met name geschikt voor gezinnen, die nachtrust niet zo belangrijk vinden.

Ik weet dat het een familiehotel is met kinderen, maar daarvan verwacht je dat ze juist optijd in bed liggen. Hier gedroegen ze zich als uitgaansvolk.

Het hotel ziet er netjes uit met een grote zwembad. Er mogen wat meer ligbedjes zijn. Eetbuffet heeft genoeg aanbod, maar de week erna weer hetzelfde. Overdag kan je warme snacks eten bij de zwembadbar. Hoogseizoen zal aan de drukke kant zijn. Het eten zag er goed uit, maar dessertservies mag schoner.

De kamer is ruim genoeg met een grote balkon. Het licht op de balkon kan je helaas niet zelf uitschakelen, waardoor licht de kamer in komt. Er werd dagelijks schoongemaakt en handdoeken vervangen. De kraan is aan de kleine kant, wat lastig is met wassen en waardoor water op de wasbak spetterd. Hierdoor kan je daar niks plaatsen. Een extra schap zou handig zijn. Voor de kluis moest je helaas betalen.

Op loopafstand ligt een mooie zandstrand die lekker rustig was. Bushaltes liggen dichtbij, waardoor je ook vanaf het vliegveld per bus kan in plaats van een transfer. Supermarkt en discountwinkel liggen dichtbij.

Lovely and clean, room was lovely with pool view and a hot tub. We only paid for a basic room, and when we arrived into the room there was a lovely welcome message with a bottle of Prosecco, stocked fridge and a hot tub!

Absolutely loved this holiday from start to finish. Check in was straight forward as we had previously stayed in a Fergus hotel so our details were there. Staff are so friendly & helpful especially the entertainment staff Claudia, Minu were fab and the others-they all worked so hard (l didnt get the names-sorry) Rooms were spotless we had 1104 and was quite quiet facing onto side st. Food-amazing in restaurant! My daughter is a fussy eater but there was plenty to choose from at snack bar-hardly any chicken nuggets but had hotdogs/burgers/pizza/pasta/chips. Things to do for all ages, only negative was sun loungers-i refuse to set an alarm on holiday-if the beds werent used after an hr or so the towels were removed-and rightly so! would 100% go back, 1 week wasnt long enough!

Great hotel that strives for your comfort and enjoyment- every member of staff does their best to ensure you have a great time- constant entertainment - amazing food- spacious rooms - bath and shower- entertainment stops at 11 so no reason why you can’t have a good night’s sleep ( we are room 0081 behind the stage and we had 10 good night’s sleep - ( the only reason you might not is other guests not being considerate but that’s not the hotel’s fault )
Shower gel shampoo and conditioner provided - decent hair dryer- no usb points - double vanity units - tv showing BBC ITV +1 CBBIES and lots of other channels if that’s your thing - spotlessly clean and ongoing upgrading - I have 3 negatives 1) clothes storage/ hanging not great for a family 2) definitely not enough sun beds, unless you are up early and sitting on them - the hotel does take away towels from unoccupied beds - there’s plenty of room for more sun-beds especially around the slides - 3) not enough tables and chairs for the night time entertainment- such a shame that people are sitting on sun-beds to watch because the entertainment is very very good - overall I would absolutely recommend this hotel for families and older couples your 15 mins from a fantastic beach and 10 mins from bars and restaurants- kebab shop just outside hotel - fantastic Irish bar within hotel

We are a family of four who stayed for a week and the time flew by — it honestly felt like a weekend. The food was excellent, especially the evening meals: a huge buffet that changed every night of the week. The room was pleasantly cool with good air conditioning and spotlessly cleaned and made up every day.

Facilities for children are brilliant — the water slides and the daily games run by the animation team kept our kids thoroughly entertained. The animation team did a fantastic job bringing guests together for activities like ping pong, pool games, workouts and darts. Special shout-outs to Claudia and Mino, whose humour and energy turned many moments into a real party.

Overall it was a fantastic stay. The only minor downsides were guests reserving sunbeds very early in the morning and not using them much during the day, and a few birds in the restaurant (which we actually found quite charming). Highly recommended for families looking for a fun, hassle-free holiday.

I stayed here for 3 nights at the end of June with my husband and daughter. We had a Garden view room with a jacuzzi. The staff were excellent, really friendly and helpful. The room however was very tired, we had a real problem with mosquitos, the patio had a lot of leaf fall and no way to clear it up, the cleaning staff didn't brush it up making the area unusable. The room was also located at the end of a hallway, beside a staff entrance to the kitchens. Trolleys were being moved in and out at all hours making a great deal of noise. The room didn't feel very secure, there was no way to lock it from the inside and every noise woke us up as it sounded like someone was walking into the room. I wouldn't say this is a 4star hotel, the food was very basic and there were a lot of birds in the restaurant which put my husband off eating in it at all.

We stayed here as a family of six the end of June to the 2nd July this year. Palma Nova is a lovely family friendly resort. This hotel is a little bit out of the way so bear that in mind before booking. The food although always fresh is very repetitive. The staff in the restaurant and bars are always friendly and the hotel itself is lovely and clean. The biggest issue for us was that the children’s pool doesn’t open until 11 and the main pool opens at 10. There is also a rule in place regarding reserving sun beds. Which seems to apply mainly to the children’s pool. Mainly first thing in the morning. With us having two little ones in our group we went over to the main pool and on our return there were cards left on our beds stating that we had left the beds. The system they have in place to monitor this is ridiculous. Day time entertainment is ok although the evening is hit and miss. They have a mascot however we seen him once in the whole week that we were there. The music in mini disco needs to be tailored more towards what little ones know not what the entertainment team want to play. On our last night Spain were playing in the World Cup so this was the main entertainment of the evening which could have taken place in the Irish bar ( which I would describe more as a sports bar) As families and children do not want to sit there watching football.
