The room is big and comfortable. But the building is old and need some maintenance. So far is comfortable to stay at this hotel.

Excellent property. Well maintained. Staff is great … specially dining room staff.
My wife and 2 daughter stayed in the 2 bedroom suite for 5 days and it was perfect / amazing. Ver spacious with 2 bedrooms/ separate living dining area / 2 bathrooms.
Restaurant staff was very nice and proficient.
I personally dealt with the front desk and Door/Bell desk staff and found them excellent too.

Staff was not good , they disturbed to us and noisy room

Bed condition too poor and services

Pool is not usable for guests. Kettle wasn't working in room. TV is so small and its position is way too far from bed. Breakfast was the most disappointing thing. Not very good variety and what was served wasn't even upto the mark. Curd was sour, paranthas were dead cold, juice container was leaking hence they removed it altogether never to be seen again. Overall not a good property for leisure and recreational stay.

Hotel breakfast was same during all 3 days, Food quality is OK Rooms were not cleaned, Lizzard oberved in Room. WIFI not working. Delayed in Check inn, check out process.

Rooms, bathrooms are dirty. Very old and not maintained. There were mosquitoes inside the room.
Ac didn't work for my entire 3 nights stay when temperature was almost 40. Complaint about it couple of times but nothing worked out.
Area around the hotel is not good and feels unsafe in the night.

Its an ok property, can't say much because many things were closed during covid. They ask for deposit over and above your booking amount that seems to be funny.

Totality disappointed we book room with breakfast at the time of breakfast they said it will chargeable we have talk to hotels.com they said send us breakfast bill we will return the amount and we haven’t received amount yet

The person on the front desk was very rude. The rooms were not ready at the check-in time, and the front desk staff did nothing to expedite the checkin process.

He made us wait for 45 minutes. And then alloted us a smoking room which smelled like cigarettes.

The staff didn't even apologize once for the inconvenience we faced.

Room not upto the mark specially toilet. All things is out dated

I liked the location of the hotel, close to restaurants and shops. I especially enjoyed the rooftop pool and restaurant.

Firstly I booked this hotel looking at the reviews, it’s quite disappointing to see that they didn’t care about their customers at all.
We requested for rooms next to each other, we had booked our rooms months in advance, when we checked in they gave us rooms in separate areas.
There was no Hot Water for days that we stayed here, it was quite cold here in Delhi and it was quite frustrating as we are not used to the cold and all we requested was for hot water. It was not provided.
We are throughly disappointed with the service.
