Très sympathique
Pros:

Le personnel super sympathique, la piscine chauffée l'emplacement .
Le buffet était bon mais pas très varié

Cons:

Las más instalaciones en general, el personal muy agradable. La habitación y baño de buen tamaño. En los 2 restaurantes temáticos se cenaba bien.

Cons:

El buffet abundante, pero creo que no había variedad de pescado y el que había no me parecía de gran calidad. Eché de menos buena carne de ternera a la plancha. Faltaba en el desayuno repostería de calidad. Era muy básica. Si se podía comer en la terraza, se estaba muy bien, pero dentro era muy incómodo por la cantidad de gente y el ruido que había.

Por dónde empezar…
- ni un misero gorrito de ducha q te ponen en cualquier hotel al uso, te ponen jabón y dale gracias. No hablemos de un cepillito de dientes, una pasta etc.
- la comida. HORRIBLE.
Es que no hay por dónde cogerla. No estaba nada bueno! Todo comida de batalla (burguer, pizzas, ensalada…) pero es q ni eso estaba rico.
Por la noche nos emocionamos porque había restaurante asiático…pues igual de penoso. El sushi del Mercadona le da 800 vueltas.
- la habitación, la cama se hundía al tumbarte! Menos mal q peso 56kg si no duermo en el suelo.
- el tema de las zonas comunes y hamacas: esto es queja de más hoteles en los q he estado, pero los guiris a primera hora de la mañana corren como zombies de walking dead a coger hamacas y luego no aparecen allí en todo el día. Bajas tú a hora española después de desayunar a por una hamaca y no hay ni una sin toalla puesta encima.
- el check out: es a las 12 y nosotros queríamos quedarnos un poco más…pues 50€ por persona.
- en el restaurante asiático vimos una cucaracha.
Y eso es todo! No caigáis en la trampa porque ponga Riu porque el hostal Juanito no varía mucho en calidades, seguramente comáis mejor.

Nice enough, but only stayed there for two nights and I’m glad I moved to the barcelo

The food wasn’t amazing

I didn’t like the brown towels used in the bathroom bathrooms are they used to hide stains?

They don’t let you take anyone in if you pull on a night out lol

The building is generally cramped with loads of room and all round the pool area is quite small for the amount of guests

Non torno mai piu!
Pros:

Mi é piaciuto il punto il parcheggio custodito e l'acqua gratis per tutto il soggiorno.

Cons:

Menu sempre uguale, prodotti scarsi come il pesce e la carne ripetuti per tutta la settimana.
Non ci stavano spa, non avevano un ferro da stiro per le camicie e il servizio che offrivano esterno necessitava di due gg. Gli spettacoli fino a notte che non permettevano di riposare, le camere si guardavano all'interno a discapito della propria privacy.

We had a superb stay in february.
The 24/7 all inclusive was great.
Restaurant Ole is recomended.
The staff were quite nice.
Clenlliness was on point.
We will return!

Poor - They really let us down
Pros:

Arrived and all seemed well, however they gave us room 118, first floor next to the lift, my god the noise was terrible, kids running up and down the corridor banging on doors several times a night. I went to ask for another room and was fobbed off, told to come back another day and ask, went back and asked when my key didn’t work and was told the same.
The room was clean, the food was ok, didn’t quite get the whole sit down thing at the Asian restaurant, you sit down and get a drink to your table and it’s a Buffet? Yet the Spanish is full table service - which was very good.
The whole sunbed fiasco made me chuckle, they were all taken with towels daily, but no one on them, reminded me of the 90s German English rivalry… drinks were bad, all ice and the smallest beers ever. We stayed with Riu in Mexico and it was fantastic, sadly this one didn’t deliver…
