Dimora storica
Pros:

L'hotel è una dimora storica nel centro del paese (dentro le mura), quindi ti deve piacere il genere. In generale camere pulite e staff molto cortese e disponibile. La colazione è unlimited però non troppo varia. Camera spaziosa e letti comodi.

Cons:

Abbiamo dovuto pagare il transfer dalla stazione all'hotel, a mio avviso potrebbe essere offerto considerando qualità prezzo dell'hotel abbastanza alto.

The hotel buildings, rooms and restaurant are gorgeous and historical. The breakfast is ample and the service impeccable. Julie organised a car for us to visit the surrounding area, everything went smoothly. If you go to Pingyao, stay here!

Un trato excepcional
Pros:

El sitio es precioso, la habitación grande y confortable y el personal súper amable. De los pocos sitios donde nos dieron un mapa y nos explicaron todo lo que teníamos que visitar. Un sitio perfecto y bien cuidado. El desayuno buenísimo. Las camas muy cómodas.

Cons:

Quizá el precio, en comparación con otros sitios, pero entendemos que estar en un lugar tan especial tiene un precio.

A historical little gem with a fantastic staff for an authentic experience inside the city walls
Pros:

The hotel is historical (17th century), with a lot of charm. Julie was adorable, dedicated, smiling, did all she could to make us feel at home. The location is perfect, inside the walls.

Mittelmässiges Hotel mit sehr wenig Komfort
Pros:

Das Hotel selbst befindet sich am sehr guter Lage und ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Das Personal war zu Beginn abweisend, weil sie mit dem Abendessen Service beschäftigt waren. Uns hat das aber gestört, wir fühlten uns nicht willkommen. Die Zimmer sind extrem einfach, es gibt keinen Wasserkocher und kein Kaffee und Tee Zubehör. Es gab auch keinen Kühlschrank. Dies, obwohl in der Beschreibung von Booking, Kaffee und Teezubehör aufgeführt sind. Uns wurden Zimmer gleich neben dem Restaurant zugewiesen. Hier war es teils sehr lärmig und wir fühlten uns teils gestört durch lautes Reden. Ich bekam auf Nachfrage einen Wasserkocher. Am zweiten Tag war das Personal nicht mehr so gestresst und dann auch sehr freundlich. Die Küche des Restaurants ist sehr gut und das Morgenessen ist mit Liebe zubereitet. Die Zimmer sind extrem einfach es sind keine Zimmer, denen man sich einen Tag aufhalten kann und entspannen. Unsere Zimmer waren lediglich ein Platz zum Schlafen. Unsere Zimmer wurde auch nicht richtig gemacht, es wurde kein Toilettenpapier aufgefüllt, sodass wir nachfragen mussten.. Wir hatten wohlgemerkt ein Deluxe-Zimmer. Der Preis ist für das, was man bekommt zu hoch. Wer ein einigermassen komfortables Zimmer möchte, der sollte nicht hier buchen.

Cons:

Siehe oben. 5 Sterne sind masslos übertrieben. Bestenfalls 3 Sterne.

Amazing stay at Yide hotel
Pros:

What a great experience we had at Yide hotel !
The hotel is located in original courtyard houses, with the rooms around each courtyard, and the result is absolutely charming. The restaurant area is also very peaceful and relaxing, and breakfast is exceptional with only good quality products.
Last, our hosts were extremely welcoming and very helping.
We enjoyed a lot our stay and regretted not to extend any longer

La mejor calidad y experiencia en Pingyao. 10 de 10!
Pros:

El hotel es precioso, está muy cuidado y limpio. El personal es extremadamente amable y atento. El desayuno es delicioso. La habitación es amplia, silenciosa y el hotel está muy bien situado. Fue una experiencia maravillosa que repetiría sin dudarlo, nos sentimos muy cuidados. Muchas gracias a todo el personal.
