Pros:

As soon as you enter the hotel you are greeted with a clean, modern interior, smiling staff on reception and across at the bar. They were friendly, helpful and informative.
The communal areas are modern and well maintained. The room was modern and clean, had everything we needed, good airco on the very hot 35° day. Comfortable beds, decent shower, nice towels, complimentary shower products and a sign to offer other things if you forgot something.
Breakfast there was a good variety of hot and cold food.
The staff were very attentive.

Cons:

Almost not worth mentioning, but the shower products were very strong parsley and kale, masculine smelling, not to my taste.

We went to breakfast as soon as it opened at 7.30am. The hot breakfast items were only warm. It all looked a little underdone, as in not browned so much on the bacon, sausages. The hashbrowns could have done with being a bit crisper.

The location was very disappointing, whilst very close to the train station, the surrounding area is shockingly run down, dingey and rubbish everywhere. We walked out in the morning to horse poop on the pavement, 2 vans with horse trailers (with horses in that had been in there all night) who were not supposed to be parked there, but assuming the humans were guests at the hotel. It was a weird sight and smell lol

Overall we wouldn't visit this area again intentionally, but once inside the hotel it was certainly a lovely stay.

Great stay
Pros:

5 minute from Whitechapel station. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and fresh with air conditioning. It was a winner in this heat!

Ein Hotel zum weiterempfehlen!
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, der Service war außergewöhnlich gut. Der öffentliche Nahverkehr war sehr gut erreichbar und wir haben uns durchweg wohl gefühlt.
Das Zimmer war groß und sehr gut ausgestattet.

Le petit déjeuner ainsi que l’emplacement de l’hôtel un bus à la sortie de l’hôtel et à 10 minute à pied de Whitechapel

Verzorgd, netjes en mooi verblijf.

De kamer zag er verzorgd en netjes uit.

Cons:

Het was jammer dat het ontbijt op zondag pas om half 8 open ging ipv 7 uur. We moesten al vroeg vertrekken en hadden het ontbijt al betaald.

Pros:

Lovely hotel, very clean. Staff were really welcoming and got upgraded to a family room which was great. Location suited us, 20/25 walk to Tower,. The area around hotel not great but didn't bother us. Would definitely stay in this hotel again.
