Hotel Crestwood

Though the hotel staff is nice, the condition of the hotel is really poor and lacks basic amenities.

Staff were helpful, room was small, tv didn’t work, bathroom drain was getting clogged, breakfast was okay. Overall average experience.

Although it was just one night stay in this Hotel, it was good and comfortable. May be I was looking for. larger room

I stayed at Hotel Crestwood with my dad when we were visiting Kolkata for work. It is easy to reach from the airport and navigate around. We reached the hotel couple hours before the check in time, yet the staff was welcoming and accommodating. Good room, staff, cleanliness, breakfast and restaurant facilities. We had a pleasant stay.

The rooms are clean - properly sanitized.
Overall service is good

Its a bad experience and lost my votar ID within the Hotel but not stressed so far and immediately informed the Receptionist though I am very much doubt whether they searched or not but the Lady receptionist who was in the afternoon is quiet better.

My flight landed adjust after midnight and staff were very helpful regarding the very late check in.

Estuve varios dias en el hotel, porque cometi el error de pagarlo por adelantado y ya no podia cancelarlo sin perder el dinero, si no no hubiera aguntado mas de un dia.

Muy mala experiencia. El servicio de recepción es muy malo, antipático y desagradable.
EL Check In muy muy lento, había una mujer en la recepcion que era especialmente antipatica y con muy pocas ganas de ayudar.

La conexion wifi inexistente, tienes que pedir una clave cada dia y una vez que la tienes , lo cierto es que no funciona nada bien, directamente era imposible navegar desde el ordenador.

El desayuno malo, y escaso ademas de poco higienico.

Para los extranjeros no habia papel higienico en el baño.

La seguridad de la habitacion es muy mala, las cerraduras se pueden abrir con una tarjeta.
Quizas lo unico que no era pesimo es la limpieza y como siempre habia alguna persona del Staff que era agradable.

Pero la nota del hotel, puedo decir que tras 2 meses viajando por India es la peor que he dado

Hotel was nice, good location. Rooms were decent/good. Altogether a good hotel especially for the price. I would stay here again.

Simples Hotel für Business-Reisende und Urlauber. Direkte Nähe zur Parkt Street und damit zum pulsierenden Kern der Stadt, jedoch durch Lage in einer Seitenstraße von verhätnismäßig ruhig (wenn man in indischen Großstädten von Ruhe sprechen kann). Zimmer sind in Ordnung mit A/C und werden täglich gereinigt. Mein Zimmer war etwas abgewohnt und mein Fenster zeigte auf eine davorliegende Wand, was den Raum eher dunkel machte. Das Frühstück hat für Europäer wenig zu bieten. Es gibt eine Sorte Saft, Toast mit Butter und indischer Marmelade (liquide Gummibärchen), eine Frucht und Kaffee/Tee. Der Rest ist spicy-indisch und für mich morgens nicht machbar.
Ansonsten für den Preis voll ok.

No hot water, very basic breakfast, room and shower not very clean, lots of dust on the fridge, window-sill, dirty curtains just above your face if you are in a bed..
