An absolutely wonderful experience at Hotel Shila International, Kolkata. From the warm hospitality to the comfortable and well-maintained rooms, everything was truly impressive. The staff were courteous, professional, and always ready to help.

Pros:

I liked the location as the hotel is very close to the airport and one can find restaurants and markets nearby

Cons:

Washroom had cockroaches so I was expecting it to be more hygienic and clean.

The hotel is great the staff are amazing and friendly , beds comfortable

Cons:

bathrooms could be cleaner , I had some flies in the bathroom and the toilet was a bit dirty, the ac was making noise , some tvs have youtube some don't

Cons:

Very bad it was a wrong decision to book this hotel on going through review The room was full with spiders webs floor was very dirty and bedding was worst condition no hygiene I would never recommend any one to book this hotel.
