Pros:

It is close to the river. Very nice view. Can easily take a taxi/Didi to the closest bus or metro station (about 2-3km), which is not expensive at all.

Cons:

It is somehow difficult to communicate with the staff when you do not know Chinese. However the staff is very eager to help you.

Pros:

Вид на реку и наличие рядом с отелем сети магазинов и ресторанов. Номер большой, комфортный.

Cons:

Хилтон является международной сетью отелей, при этом на рецепшн только один молодой человек мог говорить на английском.
Интернет совсем слабый, только временами была возможность поработать на ноутбуке.
Блокирование депозита в сумме больше чем стоимость проживания считаю неправильным.

OK for short business trip
Pros:

Breakfasts was OK but limited choice for Westerners. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet.

Cons:

Only single restaurant (expensive Chinese cuisine) available in the evening, aside from room service. No other restaurants within easy walking distance. Advertising card in room advised one could use QR code OR the hotel operator to order but the operator was quite reluctant to accept my room service order over the phone (dial 0), but did eventually.

Terrible service with clean nice rooms
Pros:

We stayed here with a tour, the rooms are nice and clean although the halls smell of smoke.

We had dinner and the service was terrible. Over one hour service for two burgers, a Cesar salad a soup and a pasta. Whenever we looked into the kitchen the staff was on the phone.

For breakfast the restaurant was flooded from overnight rain and no one bothered to try and clean it, put up a sign or anything

Budget family hotel. The last resort for business travellers.
Pros:

The Hilton name, once the epitome of luxury, is now synonymous with mediocrity. This hotel is fine for budget-conscious families on holiday, but could well be a last resort (pardon the pun) for the business traveller. It is not centrally located, so you have to take a taxi wherever you want to go and allow for traffic jams. Check-in takes more than 20 minutes, so imagine the delay even if there is only a couple of people in front of you in the queue. They seem unfamiliar with the concept of Hilton Honor membership and that there are frequent and discerning travellers. The clincher is the location of the desk in the room (maybe it is different in suites), which is directly facing the only vent of the air conditioner. You have to turn it off completely to work.

Spacious rooms, helpful staff, great breakfast.
Pros:

Spacious room for good price. I had a balcony with view on the river. The hotel has a swimming pool, fitness and SPA. The breakfast offers healthy food, both Chinese and Western style. The staff is friendly and helpful (Thank you Will for helping me with so many things!).

The breakfast is great! Lots of choice, tasty and healthy food. The staff is friendly. They helped me to buy and receive packages - which is hard without help for non-Chinese people like me.
