Un gran hotel para familias
Pros:

El buffet del desayuno y la cena con muchísima variedad, el personal súper amable, gran cantidad de tumbonas y sombrillas en las piscinas. El área para niños es brutal. Hay hoteles en la isla con “más renombre” que están infinitamente peor.

Cons:

Las almohadas eran bastante incómodas y la habitación no tenía persianas (aunque si había cortinas opacas).

Everything for everyone!
Pros:

Great place to spend week or two. Most we liked was many nice activities.
Everything worked very good and if not it was fixed fastly. Food and drinks tasted well. Taking foods and drinks was well organized.
We want to give special thanks to: Reseption Fernando, Maintenance Kevin, and last but defenately not least Entertainment the Super funny guy Marcos and whole cleaning group.
We will come back, Crasias!

Pros:

La calidad-precio en general estaba bastante bien. La comida me pareció bastante buena; aunque faltaban algunas cosillas, nada que no se compensara con el resto de la oferta.
También tienen zonas infantiles muy buenas para unas vacaciones en familia.

Cons:

Sin embargo, la experiencia se vio empañada por el trato del personal de recepción. El chico que nos atendió a la llegada mostraba muy poco interés en ayudarnos. Le preguntamos si podíamos hacer un late check-out hasta las 18:00, como ya habíamos hecho en otras ocasiones, y nos dijo que sí, que era posible pagando el suplemento, pero que lo gestionáramos después del desayuno del último día.

Cuando llegó ese día, nos atendió otro recepcionista que tampoco parecía tener muchas ganas de trabajar. Al intentar hacer el pago, le preguntamos si podían dejarnos una habitación de cortesía para poder asearnos antes de irnos. Nos dijo que no, alegando que no tenían disponibilidad, pero sí nos ofreció pagar por mantener nuestra habitación unas horas más.

Es una pena, porque llevo viniendo desde que el hotel pertenecía a otra cadena y nunca me había ocurrido algo así. Sinceramente, no creo que vuelva, principalmente por el trato recibido por parte de estos dos trabajadores de recepción.

Nice stay, good location, tired property
Pros:

Considering how busy this hotel is the money being spent in the up keep and modernisation of this hotel is minimal. The hotel is tired and needs some care. The reception floor is all lifting and the paintwork is scuffed and dirty doesn't give good first impression. The rooms are Ok very clean and good cleaning staff keep everything clean daily. The rooms were quiet and well sound proofed. There is nothing luxurious about it compared to neighbouring hotels, the seating are all like old metal school chairs and tables in the lounge. The breakfast has a good selection to suit all, but the english breakfast cooked items are just luke warm every day. Many guests who were not All inclusive and easily helped them selves to the service points for free drinks and lunch through the day. On the whole this hotel is doing well attracting holiday makers without Servatur investing in the property.

Cannot wait to return!
Pros:

Had the most amazing week in Feb 2026. Party of 6, for some of us first time and some 5th visit to Waikiki.

A huge thank you to the fabulous Coleen, for the amazing stretch classes and tips on keeping flexible and youthful.

Variety of food and drinks on the all inclusive package was spot on!

Thank you to the whole team, for looking after us.

Tutto iI resto top: gentilezza del personale, servizi, buon cibo

Cons:

Non mi è piaciuto lo staff organizzativo. Fin dal momento della prenotazione (dicembre x aprile) avevo chiesto la possibilità di avere una quadrupla e una tripla, essendo due famiglie. Ne sul portale ne sul loro sito era possibile prenotare questa soluzione ma volevano darci 3 camere (per noi scomode avendo bambini piccoli).
Nonostante le svariate mail sia tramite booking sia dirette alla struttura non ho mai ricevuto risposta, se non tramite sollecito che ha fatto booking qualche giorno prima della partenza, riferendomi che ormai le camere familiari erano finite. Questa soluzione ci ha
comportato un sovrapprezzo di 2000 euro e una volta arrivati in struttura ci siamo accorti che ogni camera aveva un divano letto aggiuntivo in cui si potevano aggiungere posti. Lo staff gentilmente ci ha fatto i letti aggiuntivi per permetterci la soluzione più comoda. Risultato? Una camera in più pagata e non usata!

Relaxing holiday just what we needed
Pros:

Me and my 10 year old are just nearing the end of our week long stay here. I was a bit nervous having read the recent reviews however the hotel is clean and tidy. The cleaners come in every day, some say the hotel is dated but I would say traditional and basic and I spent minimal time in the room. There is plenty of food to choose from every day, my daughter loves the chocolate and pancakes, waffles, churros daily. It’s 10 minute walk to the beach and all the gift shops and restaurants, there’s also a supermarket and gift shop a stones throw from the hotel. There are loads of sunbeds and we never had to come out early to get one. There’s a little park so my daughter was able to go off and play and meet up with the various friends she made. There is entertainment round the pool every day, bingo, water aerobics and stuff for the kids. I felt for us the hotel was small enough my daughter was never far. My main things that could be better, fridge and tea/coffee making facilities in the room, the sunbeds are really annoying because you get it into position, sit down and it flips back up 🤣 but anyway small things. We had a fab stay and would definitely come again.
