Fint bassengområde, men skuffende renhold, vedvarende røyklukt og lite imøtekommende kundeservice.
Pros:

Bassengområdet var veldig fint, velholdt og rent. Dette var definitivt hotellets beste side. Uteområdene fremstod som langt bedre vedlikeholdt enn selve rommene og innendørsområdene.

Cons:

Dessverre ble dette et svært skuffende opphold, både når det gjelder renhold, romstandard og kundeservice.

Vi bestilte hotellet på kort varsel en kveld, for én overnatting. Allerede innen 30 minutter etter ankomst ringte jeg resepsjonen og sendte en henvendelse om problemer med rommet, men fikk aldri svar. Det var også lang ventetid på telefon til resepsjonen. Etter å ha tatt kontakt med resepsjonen kom det heller ingen vaskepersonale selvom de sa de skulle sende det, jeg måtte selv reise til resepsjonen fysisk for å purre på dette.

Vi bestilte to rom, og det ene rommet hadde en tydelig og ubehagelig lukt av gammel sigarettrøyk, som virket å sitte i tekstiler, vegger eller andre overflater. Jeg tok dette opp med resepsjonen og ba om å få bytte rom. I stedet for å tilby et annet rom med en gang, måtte jeg først vente på at en renholder skulle komme og undersøke forholdene, deretter kunne vi vurdere å bytte rom. Renholderen mente at det ikke luktet røyk, og sprayet store deler av rommet med en kraftig sitrusduft både før jeg kom, og mens jeg var der. Dette kamuflerte lukten midlertidig, men løste ikke problemet. Etter omtrent tre timers søvn våknet jeg igjen til den samme ubehagelige røyklukten.

Renholdet var også mangelfullt og luktet ikke rent på noen områder på hotellet. Virker som de vasker alt med kun vann. Da jeg fjernet sengetøy fra den andre sengen, oppdaget jeg flere lange, svarte hårstrå og flekker som så ut til å være kroppsvæsker på sengetøyet. Dette ga et svært dårlig inntrykk av hygienen. Jeg satt igjen med en følelse av at rommet og sengen ikke var ordentlig rengjort. Håndklær på soverommet luktet også surt.

Rommene er dessuten svært små, og hotellet fremstår generelt som gammelt og slitt. Lang ventetid på heisene opp til toppetasjene. Dusjrommet som gjestene kan benytte ved avreise, var også tydelig preget av slitasje.

Servicen i resepsjonen var lite imøtekommende.

Nagyon kedves személyzet, jó kiszolgálás, finom, bőséges ételválaszték.

Cons:

A medencetér nagyon zsúfolt, rengeteg napágy van, nagyon közel egymáshoz. Nem szívesen töltöttem ott időt, inkább lesétáltam a partra.

no me gustó que no tuviera nevera la habitación. Tampoco me gustó el control de acceso al hotel con el tema pulseras. No pudieron entran dos amigos un rato a la habitación. el personal de recepción bastante borde.

Nos toco una habitación cercana a la piscina y una vista ideal. Y los camareros del bar piscina excelentes.

Lo único que nos deja un mal sabor fue el día de la salida, que es a las 12:00, y a las 10:00 entro la limpiadora (dice que tocó antes de abrir, nosotros no la escuchamos) pero nos rompió la intimidad y ya eso nos puso de mal humor para el resto del día …la limpiadora podría haber preguntado a recepción si nos habíamos ido y así no molestarnos nuestra intimidad…no les voy a dar más detalles pero la
