Pros:

In generale è una struttura di livello medio/buono, un po datata. Bella la vista e sufficiente la colazione.

Cons:

Insistono eccessivamente sul dress code, dicendo sia in reception al check-in che sui flyer in camera che ci tengono a che si vada a far colazione ben vestiti. Boh, non mi pareva un posto di livello tale da fissarsi su questa cosa.

Instalacions estan molt be, i ben situat al barri Intramuros

Cons:

Habia fet una reserva per a 3 adults i 1 nen de 11 anys. Ens havien confirmat una habitacio triple amb l'estança del nen gratis. La sorpresa va ser que al arribar alla ens dir que el plegatin per al nen l'haviem de pagar, si el voliem, i el preu era incloent esmorzar, quan la reserva l'haviem fet sense esmorzar.

A good place to stay
Pros:

Good location…friendly and approachable staffs

Cons:

Need to improve foods for breakfast esp. the spanish bread which was so hard to eat…bedsheets was not so clean

Overall, good but left a bad taste.

Clean and inside the desired location

Cons:

Leaking toilet bidet leading to unsafe conditions in the bathroom that were addressed but not resolved by the hotel. Also, I was charged an additional unusually high fee for a cheap broken mug.

Pros:

Атмосферу в отеле создает персонал, к этому претензий нет вообще. Отель расположен близко к исторической части, все в пешей доступности. Неплохие завтраки. Обед не пробовал, так как путешевствовал по острову, поездка оказалась очень насыщенной: скрытая долина, водопады итп.

Cons:

Номера немного подуставшие, требуется реновация, уборку тоже можно улучшить. Плитка в душе скользкая, будьте осторожны. Тем не менее если снова придется посетить Манилу, остановлюсь в этом отеле приналичии свободных мест. Не было возможности продлить пребывание на пару часов, видимо отель был полон. Так же жаль, что в отеле нет возможности поужинать, только завтраки и обеды. Я уходил рано и возвращался довольно поздно, когда уже не было сил куда-то идти на ужин.

Had a great stay at The Bayleaf Intramuros! Special thanks to John, the concierge, for being so friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Great service and a convenient location—just a few small areas for improvement, but I'd happily stay again.

Happy and very satisfied
Pros:

Great location for the tourist spot, very welcoming staff. The food from skydeck especially pork belly humba and kare2 are very delicious. For the food buffet, it’s okay. Just need more options, maybe add desserts. Room and restroom are spacious too.

Fantastic spot!
Pros:

I can’t say enough about this place! Walking distance to all old town attractions, impeccable service, very clean and comfortable room, and very helpful staff for all your needs. There are several great restaurants in the hotel and the Sky Deck has a beautiful view. Highly recommend!
