great position, not so good for alone traveller
Pros:

the hotel was in the perfect place inside the walls of intramorous

Cons:

was charged 100 dollars just for an early check in and that whole process took over an hour....they then gave me half of it back when I checked out. you also have to give a deposit in cash when checking in. I ordered lunch in the restaurant, a salad, and after one hour it still had not arrived....they said the chef had forgotten....there were hardly any customers.....

Breakfast was not so good either.

Même si ce n’est pas dans nos standards habituels, c’était très agréable ce « luxe » pour une fois.

Location was great. Facilities were great. Food was good. Staff was mostly great.

Cons:

Staff was mostly great but felt a bit rushed during the evening dinner hours with only approximately and hour of time to eat and pay because of the facility’s split dinner times.

Perfect stay in Intramuros
Pros:

I was really surprised by the quality of my stay here. Every aspect of this hotel is excellent. I suppose I was especially surprised by the quality of the restaurants and cafes in the hotel and ended up eating there most nights. The breakfast buffet is also excellent. The rooms are well designed and appointed. All of the staff are so pleasant and helpful. Special thanks to John who helped throughout my stay. The location is perfect and walkable to the cathedral, San Agustin, the National Museum and the most wonderful parts of Intramuros. Easy grab rides to all parts of Manila. Highly recommended! And say hello to Laura, the lovely cat at the front entrance with her little kitten.

Good hotel in a nice location
Pros:

Great location in Intramuros, right next to the old city wall. Beautiful rooftop with a nice view. Friendly employees. Breakfast with good coffee (not instant coffee) and an omelette station. A nice cafe belongs to the hotel.
Room has a nice size, a good bathroom and a very comfortable bed.

Cons:

VERY unpleasant smell on the floors and in the room
Air condition is noisy.
