The location is amazing. The views from our room were magical. Intramuros is an excellent area to stay in while visiting Manila. Many things to see and do are within walking distance and the staff will get a 'Grab' for you at any time you wish. Everyone was very friendly and helpful from beginning to end.

We have a great time staying for 3 nights at the hotel. We have very comfortable room. The food at 9 spoons for our buffet breakfast are sumptuous and the staff are awesome. The reception staff are very accommodating specially Shane and John. They both go above and beyond on their service. They are able to let us check in early(10AM) since our flight is early from Davao. When we are checking out also John, accommodated us to stay our luggage while we go for our appointment at BI. Shane and John are rockstars :)

Good location for the old town and site seeing

Excellent stay at this hotel inside the historical Manila landmark - Intramuros- which is 450 years old Spanish fort and walls with huge historical places and WW2 Japanese buildings.
The hotel was excellent and the staff was extremely kind and professional from the door man to the cleaning team. I need to make reference to Julius, John - the bell man, Aira and Shane at the front reception for their professionalism and attention to detail, always making sure that our stay was a memorable experience, professionals like these deserve a public recognition for their excellence and contribution for the hotel reputation and I extend these comments to all the staff not mentioned here.

Excellent location in the historical neighbourhood away from the Manila centre, exceptional staff, Julius, John the bell man, Aira, Shane at the F.O.A., the cleaning staff was great and everyone else. I really recommend this hotel.

Everything is amazing and wonderful experience.

Everything was outstanding. We requesed a queen size bed and they were very accomindating. The Staff is very professional and outstanding, The Dinningg at the Sky View Restaurant is excellent and the view is picture perfect. The breakfast is very good and I would highly recommend this Hotel for your stay in Manila. Easy walk around and learn about the history of Spain in the Philippines.

I messaged the hotel that our stay is a celebration of my son's graduation and for my 2 daughters' recognition as honor students. I really appreciate the hotel giving my 3 kids some cupcakes and congratulatory note. My kids are so happy to be appreciated!

The only problem we had -- we were not able to avail our free breakast that comes from availing extra bed [for the additional person]. The night before, we kept on requesting it. They said they will call back but they didn't. (Thursday night, we were requesting to convert the buffet breakfast into room service because we will be out early Friday.)

Overall, the food and service are great. We ate at Skydeck for dinner, 9spoons for lunch, and Buttercream for snacks & coffee. We had churros as well from Cioccolata. All good food!

Room was clean and comfortable. Food at the Skydeck was good. I thought it was going to be humid but thanks to the windy day, it made us survive our early dinner. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast food was also good and I love their bread selection.
