Pros:

Credo sia l'unico hotel di categoria all'interno di Intramuros, quindi la posizione è eccellente. Il ristorante sul tetto è fenomenale per la vista su Manila, e abbastanza buono (meno per la colazione).

Cons:

La colazione non è all'altezza del posto (in tutti i sensi, visto che il ristorante è sul tetto!)

Our only place to stay in Manila.
Pros:

We were welcomed by Marion and Shane who were very professional. The entire staff went above and beyond our wildest expectations. The food was some of the best we have had in Manila. Our room overlooked some very historic sites and the horse drawn carts were a nice addition to the surrounding area. The morning staff made calls for us to get grabs that were very well priced compared to the yellow cabs. We were very pleased with the place and service. We will stay there again because after finding this place it will be our only location for stays in Manila.

Cons:

We had to leave.

Pros:

The staff are fantastic very helpful calling grab taxi, explaining about locations. The location of the hotel is a lovely baranguy and superb for the immigration office

L humidité dans les chambres , hotel d apparence incroyable mais quand on rentre dans la chambre la magie n opère plus , cela sent une odeur d humidité. Cet hôtel mériterait un refresh ..!

They called us in the room at 10:40 to remind us about check out at 12:00 when we checked in at 04:00am due to huge delays in the flights

Such a beautiful hotel. Staff are amazing, great location, great food, so comfortable !
Pros:

So gorgeous! Loved the location. Staff were so kind. Beds were so comfy!

Cons:

Our wardrobe door wouldn’t close completely so the light stayed on all night & all day which was a little disruptive to our sleep.

So pleased we chose this hotel. Much better than a big corporate.
Pros:

The hotel is in a brilliant location for exploring the Intramuros and state museums. It has brilliant view from the roof. Beds are super comfy. Great shower and extremely clean. Staff are extremely attentive, especially the young door concierge and the door security, who both went out of their way to help us on a number of occasions. Restaurant food is really good too. Very well maintained throughout. Beautiful flowers in reception.

Cons:

Only a minor thing, but the paint on the corridor walls is a bit harsh and lets the hotel down.

In generale è una struttura di livello medio/buono, un po datata. Bella la vista e sufficiente la colazione.

Cons:

Insistono eccessivamente sul dress code, dicendo sia in reception al check-in che sui flyer in camera che ci tengono a che si vada a far colazione ben vestiti. Boh, non mi pareva un posto di livello tale da fissarsi su questa cosa.

Instalacions estan molt be, i ben situat al barri Intramuros

Cons:

Habia fet una reserva per a 3 adults i 1 nen de 11 anys. Ens havien confirmat una habitacio triple amb l'estança del nen gratis. La sorpresa va ser que al arribar alla ens dir que el plegatin per al nen l'haviem de pagar, si el voliem, i el preu era incloent esmorzar, quan la reserva l'haviem fet sense esmorzar.
