Perfect location in the old town ‘ felt very safe and lots of things to do

Excellent location and excellent staff and roof top bar

Cons:

Strange smell on the corridor not sure if it was due to the strength of the aircon unit which gave a damp smell ‘ rooms a bit tired in comparison to the ground floor

Pros:

L'emplacement dans l'intra muros est top. On se sent bien dans l'hôtel, le roof top est magnifique, le restaurant est bon, un peu trop de musique et évent en tout genre anniversaire, mariage ce qui rend le lieu très bruyant mais la vue est splendide.

Cons:

Le bruit du restaurant, concert à fond pour les mariages et anniversaire. On arrivait plus à parler et à s'entendre à table.

Pros:

Venligt og serviceminded personale og godt udvalg til morgenmad. Fantastisk udsigt fra skybar med underholdning og god mad. I det hele taget er der fin mad udvalg på de forskellige spisemuligheder på hotellet. Beliggenheden er fin.

Cons:

Hotellet er lidt slidt, hvilket ses på vedligeholdelse af værelset og aircondition larmer.

My Mom's 75th Celebration
Pros:

The staff- so hospitable, friendly, approachable and they sung Birthday song for my mom 🥰,
cleanliness, the food in 9spoon during lunch , the location, the room view and mostly the honesty of the staff who return my cellphone that I forgot in our room 😅

Cons:

The common toilet in the 9spoon.
The public toilet in the receiving area no bidet😅
The noise outside is a bit audible at night. I am a light sleeper so I am sensitive to noise 😅 But if you are not like me, it's fine as it is minimal noise.

Fabulous hotel - best location in intramuros
Pros:

Great location for easy walking around intramuros. Really friendly staff and a great large and comfortable room with view over the city walls.

Cons:

We ate in the sky deck. It's was very busy and not so refined although the view was good. After we finished our meal we started a game of cards with our drinks and were told it wasn't allowed!

Le restaurant PENTHOUSE : services tres moyens mais surtout problemes dans la livraison des plats : ma femme a eu ses pattes tres rapidement et j ai du attendre assez longtemps ma pizza . Resultat : j ai regarde ma femme mangeait ses pates puis au bout de 15 minutes ma femme m a regarde manger ma pizza.
Il ne faut y aller que pour apprecier la vue sur Manille.
