Struttura datata, all'arrivo nei corridoi ti accoglie un forte odore di umidità. Personale cortese ma servizio disorganizzato.
Die Lage direkt in Intramuros ist perfekt. Von außen sowie im Eingangsbereich und an der Rezeption wirkt das Hotel sehr schick und edel. Die Zimmer sind allerdings recht klein und einfach eingerichtet und für unseren Geschmack etwas wenig komfortabel.
Dafür ist die Rooftop-Bar wirklich schön, stilvoll und ein echtes Highlight. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit einer tollen Lage.

Struttura molto pulita e in posizione centrale, comoda per spostarsi.
Prima del nostro arrivo, lo staff ci ha organizzato tramite messaggi il transfer dall’aeroporto di Clark. Il prezzo è stato onesto e l’autista è stato puntuale.
Anche lo staff della reception si è dimostrato molto gentile e disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno, aiutandoci anche a chiamare i taxi quando ne avevamo bisogno.
Abbiamo apprezzato inoltre la disponibilità dopo il check-out: ci hanno permesso di lasciare le valigie in struttura per qualche ora
La colazione non era compresa nel prezzo della nostra camera, ma durante il check-in ci è stato consegnato un voucher con uno sconto del 20%, quindi abbiamo deciso di approfittarne.
Purtroppo, però, l’esperienza è stata piuttosto deludente. Il buffet offriva pochissime alternative dolci: di fatto, l’unica opzione era la marmellata, mentre il resto della proposta era prevalentemente salato.
Inoltre, il tostapane non funzionava. Sia io sia un altro cliente lo abbiamo segnalato al personale, ma il problema non è stato risolto.
A questo si è aggiunto un episodio piuttosto spiacevole: il mio tavolo si trovava proprio sotto una griglia dell’aria condizionata dalla quale cadeva acqua, che mi gocciolava direttamente in testa. Ho segnalato la situazione al personale, spiegando che mi stava letteralmente “piovendo” addosso, e mi è stato semplicemente risposto che la causa era la griglia dell’aria condizionata. Nessuno mi ha proposto di cambiare tavolo né ha cercato una soluzione al problema.
Considerando la categoria della struttura, mi sarei aspettata un servizio decisamente più attento e una maggiore capacità di gestione di situazioni così semplici.
In conclusione, se la colazione è a pagamento, personalmente vi consiglio di evitarla: non ne vale la pena
Credo sia l'unico hotel di categoria all'interno di Intramuros, quindi la posizione è eccellente. Il ristorante sul tetto è fenomenale per la vista su Manila, e abbastanza buono (meno per la colazione).
La colazione non è all'altezza del posto (in tutti i sensi, visto che il ristorante è sul tetto!)
