Hotel Kempton

excellent location, very close to the markets and lots of places to eat around the hotel.
Staff were very friendly.

Hotel Kempton was as good this stay as it ever has been. The staff are welcoming and always available to help with any need. They make you feel at home. The food is amazing, from the great breakfast to the amazing choices on the room service menu. I will never stay any place else in Kolkata.

Very good location. Everything is close.
The restaurant was good as well. The lift was too small. It kind of created a suffocation. Otherwise good place to stay.

I booked executive room,but they provide me premium room.As it was at the front,too much noise at night and it was difficult to sleep. Overall nice location,nice breakfast and nice available meal for other times.Employees are well behaved.

The room should have facial tissue paper. I came to know that it is not there in the inventory! In most of the 4 Star & below hotels do not keep it. But we know its necessit.
Goof to mention about the class behavior by all the staffs.... amazing. For them, I would be a repeated guest here. Food quality is another sector to mention specially the sumptuous breakfast with varieties.

I has registered my kids while booking but during during checking they asked me extra money for the kid's occupancy.
The rooms are really small and not worth the money.
We got an extra bed but that collapsed as soon as we sat on it. Overall a horrible experience.

I always love staying at the Kempton. The staff always makes me feel so at home. And their food is fantastic as well. A better location cannot be found.

The Customer service is very prompt, staff are all friendly, the rooms were tidied every morning and the main attraction was the breakfast. There were quite variety of food and choices. I will recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Hotel has hit rock bottomr.avoid staying at this run down dirty filthy place. Only thing going well is the kindness of the staff.

Nice staffs and great location. The problem is the room is smell smoke. Will be perfect for the smoker
