It was a bad experience

Clean, but no buffet breakfast as advertised generally I very clean and comfortable low cost hotel.

Shuttle service is very convenient. Very good service great for a aimple stay without the 5 star frills which meets my requirements exactly.

Too noisy, lots of mosquitos, paid paid for pickup from airport, breakfast rubbish

This hotel is small but very convenient to the international airport. We have used them many times. They claim "free" shuttle from the airport. However, the charge you 200Rupees for airport "parking. Their fee to park was 140Rupees. Not a huge cost but never paid this before.

Service staff is terrific. Always kind. Always helpful. All (sometimes overkill) expect tips. We had six guys crowd around the car to load four suitcases.

All good as expected. Added advantage is pick up and drop off to airport.

The location was good and closer to many restuarents. Clean room, spacious bathroom, good breakfast, but not a buffet (included in our price). I wanted to get a shipment from Indian domestic courier service during my hotel stay. As we were not there all the time the hotel reception agreed to collect it and they did it for us, it was a great help.

There was one person in reception who haven't even heard the word "smile". He was always suspicious about u0s and all th time I went to reception, he was asking to pay money for past night. He treated us very badly with this attitude and always looked at us like thieves. A money hungry terrible character.

I will not stay or recommend anyone to stay here. Stay there if you want to feel like a thief.

The room had all that was necessary for my needs, particularly the WiFi which had a pretty good speed compared to other hotels. Being close to the highway made it easy to get to the business districts and many other important locations in the city. The food was very good and the best part was the service and readiness to help, no matter what i needed.

This was good except evening front desk wouldn't allow me a guest in my room, even though he was my friend and not staying the night. Tried to make me pay 800RS for him to eat dinner with me (which I ordered from room service.)
Request room 307 if you go, the others were not as nice. Food is EXCELLENT. The Room service was helpful and fast. The room and bathroom were very clean, The bed comfortable. Ac worked and was cold. Not the best area but can take Rikshaw to airport.

It's OK to stay for family.

I had booked double room with I double bed.got 2 single beds..room was very small and full of damp.bathroom had flies and water flies.outside noise level high till late at night.no roof restaurant or bar available As described online brochure.

Confortable stay. Complimentary breakfast was good.

Overall Very good stay

The hotel is located near Santacruz station and a major road, so it is fairly easy to access. It is also very close to the airport, not too far from South Mumbai and interesting places in Khar and Bandra. I was quite impressed by the service; they handled my requests without excuse or delay, even putting my late a-la-carte breakfast under my complimentary tab when I thought I would be charged, and providing me with a free transport to the airport for a red-eye flight. Good amenities and security, fairly clean and comfortable; it was a great place to stay for its rating.

The promotion clearly stated the all the room was having WIFI. But the wifi was terrible and can't even connect to the internet. Most of the web site been block.

I have lived in hotels of foreign countries. All of them maintain a minimum level of uniformity like cleanliness, hygiene, wifi connectivity, TV, intercom, airconditioning and most of them also provide shuttle service for Airport. I was happy to find all of them in this hotel. First thing that striked me was peace and ambience, then well behaved and prompt staff. Excellent food! Price wise also it was economical. I stayed there for two night. Good for US consulate related work. Juhu beace is nearby. BKS is within 5 kilometers and auto charged less than Rs. 50. I will go there again if i have some work in Mumbai.

This hotel is very close to alsnot eveything. 7-10 mins walk to Santa Cruz local train station. Rooms are neat and tidy with excellent services.

Overall good. Food excellent. Room service excellent.
