Loved this property, staff was amazing, very kind and super helpful. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe. Staff would buzz you out and in of the property. Everything was in walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

You guys should update your pictures on Expedia. The property is beautiful and you’re not really advertising that in my opinion. You could get tons of business from people like my wife and I who love and appreciate the colonial architecture in Guatemala.

Staff was by far the best part. My shuttle to the hotel was delayed three hours and the hotel staff was up and waiting. They welcomed me by name, and had the room ready to go. Only stayed to sleep before an early morning so I didn’t get to check out the property much, but it looked very cozy and nice.
It was a little loud at night, but in a downtown travelers area I would expect a little noise. I was able to sleep just fine though. I’d stay here again.
