Отель достаточно хороший. Персонал тоже отзывчивый, клиентоориентированный. Номер большой, без насекомых и тараканов, вода горячая есть. Ресторан хороший, готовят вкусно. За отдельную плату могут предоставить зубные щетки. Уборка, я так поняла, по просьбе на ресепшн. До метро метров 800. На метро до центра 15 минут. Нам показалось очень удобное расположение - не нужно мотаться по пробкам в центре при выезде в аэропорт. Хотя сам район спорный.

Постельное белье было или не чистым или застиранным, в постели были обнаружены 2 волоса.

Okayish hotel, its livable and has good breakfast.
Pros:

The rooms were decent, fairly okay sized, clean as well. Service staff were pretty good and helpful with the bags, and the breakfast was great, nice rotation of different dishes.

Cons:

On the first day both the fridge and ac were not working in the room, we had to live with the fan for the first night which was bad, even though the ac was fixed the next day, the fridge didn't work during the whole stay and for some weird reason it got hot instead of cold... the hotel also looked a little bit gloomy and possibly haunted looking. We were also not compensated for not having these facilities.

Close to station and all nearby points. Room was neat and clean.

Cons:

The entrance to the hotel comes under some complex which has 2-3 entrance gates and they have opening and closing timings which we were not aware.

The staff were excellent and ensured we had the best 48hrs in Jaipur possible. If was also my wife’s birthday and they surprised her with a lovely cake, nice touch.

Cons:

The room was a bit dated and tired but it was clean. Still great value.

The staff were fantastic and the food is excellent. Really appreciated their attentiveness! Warning for international travellers - I don't think they accept mastercard, so we had to pay by UPI or cash

Cons:

The standing shower didn't have hot water, so we had to use the bath tub tap instead (which was not under the standing shower, so it flooded the bathroom every time we tried to shower)
