City Stay Prime Hotel Apartment

Location is good, service is excellent, cleanliness is average, found cockroach in kitchen, bathroom is below standard (water spills on the bathroom floor because the glass barrier is too short), mattress and pillows are not comfortable

5min walk to mall of emirates, great location. This is our second time staying here.

I would rate this a 2 star hotel. Air conditioning extremely noisy, tub drain plug didn’t work, water dripping in kitchen trough lights and ceiling because if the AC mold on grout in bathroom tub tiles. Very little kitchen ware to cook, no oven, stove vent shorting out

The establishment workers are great though the management is horrible. Heres why. This is the first time i stayed somehwere i see the furniture with stains but also wet! Because they wash it and leave under the sun for 1 day with all the fumes and pollution outside to suck in and still not dry. My kitchen chairs took 3 days to dry. The smell is the worst which is of mold and wet moisture never goes away.... I ultimately decided to change my checkout date also because i hear honking and traffic noise at night whilst booking the stay at this hotel it was listed as soundproof. They denied my early checkout under nonrefundable policy allthough the condition of the apartment was not acceptable to stay 19 nights.

STOP PLEASE READ!!! The hotel staff WAS WONDERFUL but the hotel itself needs to be UPDATED and EXTERMINATED. I have never been on a hotel until now and had ROACHES!!! There are other hotels that have multiple bedrooms and baths that are way better and I wish we had did more research. Find another place until they get this one together!

I did not like ‏atmosphere, I don’t recommend it for family.

Pretty good place, nice staff and location. Rooms are clean,, only downside would be the tv (had only one or two English channels, rest all were arabic)

We stayed here for 15 days on our way to America. The location was ideal and suited our need. Check in was quick and staff at front desk and housekeeping were excellent. The apartment was just what we wanted. We had a grocery store around the block for stocking kitchen and restaurant delivery options were many though we didn’t use. The washing machine worked well and the balcony was ideal for drying. Liked that there was a half and full bath. What could have been better was the cooking vessels in the kitchen, but we managed. The tv was there in both hall and bedroom but with very limited channels. Used the gym daily. It was good. Didn’t use the pool. Ample parking was there. There was absolutely no sounds of the road and we recommend this place for a homely comfortable stay in Dubai with access to transport nearby like metro and buses

The place had broken sofa damaged tv which I complained nothing was done, the WiFi doesn’t connect properly. The furniture and the fit out in the place is a disaster one of the worst I have in Dubai. The staff are not friendly I asked only for water they told me to shop abruptly. I’ve been dubai 4 years this is the worst experience I have ever had. I’m sure if this was England trading standards would have close this place down. Go and check the rooms out your self

Peaceful environment and very accessible to all areas and necessities

Stayed whilst waiting for COVID test to return to Abu Dhabi. Cockroaches and bugs everywhere, even on the 11th floor (I've lived in the Middle East 6 years, it's not that hard to keep cockroaches away, especially on such a high floor)! Floors covered in a greasy, slippery film. Unfriendly staff at check-in. Air conditioning useless, 23C boiling one minute, 27C freezing the next. Patchy paint all over the walls.

They need to do something about their exhaust system. Rooms and bathrooms get a bad smell. Also noise from the street is very high.
