Comodo appartamento direttamente sul mare
Pros:

Ottima posizione, facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione attraversando il parco Renzi, direttamente sul lungomare a 2 passi da Piazzale Kennedy , comodo ai servizi (supermercato, fermata autobus, locali)
Abbastanza vicino al centro, raggiungibile a piedi in 15' dal parco Cervi.
Appartamento spazioso con vista mare, reception aperta 12h.

Cons:

L'appartamento necessitava di un po' di manutenzione.
Eravamo al 2° piano e si sentiva un po' il rumore della strada, meglio chiedere piani più elevati.
Presenza cantiere e ruspa con segnalatore acustico (ma fuori stagione in riviera è normale ci siano interventi dj manutenzione)

Excellent stay for 2-3 nights with good view and connection with the sea.
Pros:

Good apartment with sea facing view, the kitchen / living room and bedroom are separate. The balcony is also very spacious for two people.

Cons:

The sofa was not very comfortable

La posizione e il fatto che fosse nuovo

Cons:

Pur essendo nuovo, ancora imballaggi ovunque. La reception inesistente sembrava di essere nella terra di nessuno. E nonostante fosse nuovo, odori dalla cappa di altri, quindi gli impianti non sono stati fatti bene. Trovare la porta aperta è una delle proprie cose spostate in un residence dove non è previsto servizio di pulizia direi che non va proprio bene.

Very soothig and relaxing
Pros:

Nice and large room, I had the possibility to cook and not going to restaurant. I' m on diet. My cat is very shy and she was not disturbed. The staff is very polite.
