Zu teuer für das Angebot. Klasse Frühstück.

Die Lage, das Frühstück, die kostenlosen Park Möglichkeiten rund um das Hotel.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war nicht gut zu lüften und sehr stickig und warm.
Es lag direkt am Frühstücksraum was ab 6 Uhr Lärm bedeutete. Kann man mE so nicht vermieten. Darüber hinaus steht im Flur vor dem Zimmer ein wirklich extrem lauter Kühlschrank. Da guter Schlaf wichtig ist, gibt das wirklich Punktabzug.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter:innen!

Alles in allem gut und für einen etwas geringeren Preis weiterzuempfehlen
Pros:

Der Service! Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Es gibt ein Willkommens-Getränk und beim Check out wurde uns noch ein Eiskaffee oder ähnliches Angeboten. Im Flur gibt es immer Kaffee, Tee, Obst und Brötchen. Die Lage in Neukölln war für uns perfekt.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war quasi im Treppenhaus und ziemlich hellhörig. Außerdem war der Preis sehr hoch. Aber das lag wohl an dem Datum, weil gefühlt alle Unterkünfte in der Gegend deutlich teurer waren, als sonst in dieser Kategorie. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt und können dazu nichts sagen

Pros:

Günstige Lage, sauberes Zimmer. Alles für eine Übernachtung ist vorhanden.Es war etwas laut (die Fenster gingen zur Straße hinaus), aber es gab einen Ventilator, der es mir ermöglichte, ruhig und bequem zu schlafen.

Ein kleines Hotel, die S- und U-Bahn Neukölln ist schnell zu erreichen; gebrühter Kaffee und kleine Snacks stehen allen Gästen zur Verfügung, zur Ankunft wird ein Getränk gerreicht; ein hervorragendes Frühstück mit persönlicher, freundlicher Bedienung,auf Wunsch frisch zubereitete Eispeisen, frisch gespresster Orangensaft, sehr guter Kaffee;

Cons:

Die Einrichtung ist stark in die Jahre gekommen; die Heizung sieht wirklich reudig aus; ein neuer vernünftiger Fernseher wäre sehr schön

If you want to feel like at home - this is the right place
Pros:

Amazing Hospitality. From very first moments i felt welcomed - fruit and coffee at entrance. Very clear self checkin instrucions. Breakfast amazing - lots to choose from. Room had everything that you need. Good shower!
