Superschöne moderne und blitzsaubere Villa im total ruhigen privaten Garten mit beheiztem Pool. Auch das elegante neue Spa hat uns sehr gut gefallen und die Gastgeber sind wirklich außergewöhnlich freundlich! Calvi und die nähere Umgebung bieten unzählige Möglichkeiten für eine Woche genussvollen Korsikaurlaub im Frühling: über traumhafte Wanderungen, abenteuerliche Bootstouren, alte Bergdörfer (Pigna war besonders beeindruckend!) und natürlich feinsandigen Strand am schon fast kitschig türkisen Meer bis zur Flaniermeile rund um die Zitadelle. Herzlichen Dank an Françoise und Christian für diese wunderbare Urlaubswoche!

Pros:

Proche du centre de Calvi (5 min en voiture). Les villas se trouvent dans un environnement très calme. Bien que discret, le personnel est très présent et à l’écoute du moindre besoin. Expérience à revivre dès que possible et les yeux fermés.

Pros:

The family who run these villas are lovely - very friendly, helpful and with good English. They provided us with lots of useful information and were unfailingly friendly. The site is well kept and prettily planted. The villa was beautiful - very clean, very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. Good sized bathrooms for each bedroom we used. Big comfortable beds.

Fabulous stay
Pros:

We had a fantastic time at the villa. The villas are equipped with everything you could wish for and very clean. Our only minor issues were a very late check in time of 5pm as we were travelling with a baby but thankfully the villa was ready when we arrived so we could check in early but there is usually a charge of €150 for early check in!
Also we had issues with mosquitoes near the pool as there was some stagnant water in the gardens near to it.
But overall one of the best properties we have ever stayed in and will definitely be returning! The daily pastries and bread were fantastic and very reasonably priced and the staff super helpful and welcoming. Thank you for a fabulous stay

Fantastic Stay
Pros:

We loved our stay here. The property was spacious and fantastically equipped. The pool was lovely and we we had no noise from other properties on the plot which were well screened. Service from the staff was first class. You only had to ask and they were always willing and able to help, whether it be booking restaurants, boat trips, borrowing parasols, extra beach towels or helping you with the local area. Francoise headed up the reception team and she spoke excellent English. Everyone was also really friendly. Calvi is an excellent area. It is not essential to hire a car, but if you do, there must be at least seven or eight excellent sandy beaches within 30 minutes drive as well as lovely villages in the hills and mountains and forested areas with streams. We took a 4 hour speed boat tour along the coast with Calvi Evasion which was fantastic and ate at many excellent restaurants all within 30 minutes drive. The property is situated off a quiet inland road about 25 minutes walk from the town and 15 minutes walk from the local beach. There is a big Casino supermarket about two minutes drive away and a lovely new Spar supermarket about 7 minutes drive which has an excellent fishmonger, ideal for the BBQ. The Spar supermarket is open until 8.30 pm on Sunday which is useful for Sunday transfers. We ordered breakfast items such as pain au chocolate and pain au raison plus bread from Villas Mandarine and they were left fresh at our door each morning. We would love to return.

Drømmeferie i Calvi
Pros:

Moderne boliger med flotte hager, godt utrustede kjøkken med alt man kunne ønske seg av utstyr, rent basseng og gode senger! Huset ga både store og små en umiddelbar følelse av luksus og velvære. Ferskt brød på porten hver morgen var en super bonus. Hit vil vi tilbake
