Incredible location. Wonderful staff. Just beautiful

The hotel was under going repiars during our stay, including the being out of action. The sink in the bath room was badly cracked. The room was constantly uncomfortablely warm. There is no control of the room temperature. We had to leave the window open the entire time to reduce the temperature. Parking was chaotic at best. The overall lay out of the hotel is poor. To attend the gym is a workout in of itself. Once there the gym is ill equipped and frankly unsafe. The Spa is difficult to book into and couldn't offer the treatment that was requested.

The food while excellent took a while to come out and more over often the orders where significantly wrong. Staff lack training and professionalism.

The natural beauty cannot be underestimated. The beaches are absolutely stunning.

Overall for the price chaged it is not worth it. Disappointed.

Beautiful location, relaxed comfortable hotel, staff wonderful and helpful. Had wonderful treatment in the spa, the Mediterranean Experience, with Nicola who was just fantastic, would highly recommend. Breakfast was gorgeous, everything so fresh and tasty. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

If I booked again I'd pay for the premium view as the view on to the car park wasn't ideal (but my fault for not thinking). The room was nice, and clean. Reception staff were okay to deal with, spa was almost fully booked so we only had access to the pool (none of the relaxation areas etc) - obviously COVID restrictions affected this which can't be helped. Once again I'd make sure to book ahead of time. The stand out for both service and experience was the dinner we had - incredible food and absolutely lovely staff. Really made an otherwise ok stay a great experience.

It was a blissful stay. They made a fuss over my birthday and i felt spoiled. I loved the atmosphere, the food and the spa. Worth every penny!

Beautiful , warm friendly welcome , staff are amazing and so accommodating, also went for spa treatment, amazing and the lady i git she was fabulous, highly recommended, cant wait to go back 😊

The staff make the hotel like a home away from home

Stayed here with three friends, greeted on arrival with a glass of their own liquor which was lovely. Staff were so helpful and welcoming. Food was lovely in both bar and restaurant, spa facilities were really good too the setting just made it. Definitely will return.

Inchydoney Spa Hotel is the place for a quick winter escape between the storms or an even more spectacular place during a storm!!

Beautiful spot. Nothing was too difficult for the staff all were lovely and so friendly an asset to any business from the ladies who checked us in to Rebecca the lovely lady who talked to us about the beautiful pictures throughout the hotel and the young lady who called to the door with delicious chocolate handmade which I might add should be sold at reception because I for one would have bought. Would highly recommend the fish and chips. A warm relaxng hotel and great lirtle spits to read in little corners in the hotel

I choose the Lodge & Spa as I wanted to get a quiet break away from the world. The facilities were great, the staff attentive and very good at what they do, and the location stunning. Highly recommended for an opportunity to relax and enjoy the best of what Inchydoney has to offer.
