Wat een heerlijk hotel. Goed gelegen. Goede parking. Top personeel, hele leuke en mooie jonge mensen. Goede bedden, mooie kamer. Alles klopte.

Pros:

The room 102 was large and very comfortable with a little balcony for relaxing. Highly recommend this room because it also had a lovely view of the garden. The beds and pillows were comfy too. The selection at the buffet breakfast was varied and tasty. We enjoyed reading in the shady garden. An absolute sanctuary for those meeting friends and family for lunch. The staff were helpful and efficient. However two young women impressed us. One very friendly and charming young woman ( with a braid ) on reception and another young woman ( wearing glasses ) who always greeted us with a smile at breakfast. We are Australian and appreciate the personal attention they showed us.

Cons:

We liked everything and will hopefully return for a second visit to Hotel de Silhouette.

Really enjoyable
Pros:

A really pleasant stay in a relaxed hotel with really good service. The room was comfortable and the staff were nice.

Cons:

The sparrow that continually helped itself to the breakfast buffet.

Great experience wouldn’t hesitate to recommend wish I could have stayed longer🙂
Pros:

Very centrally located and within walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants. I had a bad fall whilst in Arcachon and they were extremely kind, sympathetic and helpful.

Sehr schönes kleines Hotel - super Lage - gerne wieder - aber bitte ein anderes Zimmer!
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut und sogar mit Parkplatz! Wir hatten ein Zimmer in einem Nebengebäude ein paar Schritte weiter. Das sollte man bei der Buchung beachten. Die Aussstattung der Zimmer ist sehr hochwertig und liebevoll im Retro-Look gestaltet. Das hat schon was :-) Das Badezimmer war groß und mit einer tollen Dusche ausgestattet. Das WC war sogar getrennt! Es gibt einen kostenfreien Wasserspender (auch mit Sprudel) im EG - das war wirklich sehr angenehm bei der HItze! Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich. Der kleine Garten wunderschön für eine kleine Pause.

Cons:

Leider hatten wir ein sehr dunkles Zimmer in der zweiten Etage unter dem Dach! Das kam durch das eine recht schmale Fenster, das auch noch erhöht angebrcht war. Man hatte keinen direkten Blick nach draußen. Schade! Ein hellerer Farbton und man hätte nicht das Gefühl in einer Dunkelkammer untergeracht worden zu sein. Das Zimmer an sich hatte einen sehr interessanten Schnitt - auch bedingt durch die Dachbalken. Leider wurde dieser durch die sehr dunkle Farbe in den Hintergrund gerückt. Das war wirklich der einzige Punkt den wir zu bemängel haben. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder dieses Hotel buchen - allerdings darauf achten, dass wir ein Zimmer bekommen - mit "normal große Fenstern" und nicht unter dem Dach. Wahrscheinlich war das Zimmer für den Farbton, der insgesamt für das Hotel stimmig war, einfach zu klein. Wir können uns vorstellen, dass der Ton in größeren Zimmern recht gut aussieht.
