Pros:

Ubicación muy buena y sin complicaciones para llegar. No se optó por el desayuno.

Cons:

El trato de la recepcionista fue descortés. La primera vez que fuimos nos enamoramos del lugar y hasta el desayuno nos incluyeron con las dos habitaciones que tomamos. Esta vez solo iba mi esposa y quedó desencantada por el trato.

Pros:

Beautiful hotel directly across from the walking path that runs besides the gorgeous river. Bridge to Boquete right there. Great view of surrounding hills. Everyone who worked there was exceptionally friendly, helpful and displayed Panamanian hospitality. TV in room was modern and had various apps like YouTube, Netflix. Nice shower and plenty of hot water. Just a lovely, relaxing, quiet place.

Cons:

You can easily walk into Boquete for food, etc however the central part of Boquete is at least 15-20 min away.

They don't do a good job of sharing fun things to do and go in Boquete for visiting foreigners. You really need to do your homework before going. Not really a criticism but an observation gained from visiting other places to stay there.

Onsite restaurant is pretty, good drinks but disappointing as far as food selection/price.

Bien ubicado, staff amable, amplios estacionamientos, bastante agua caliente

Cons:

Las camas algo pequeñas, mi lavamanos de tapó y demoraron algo en solucionarlo pues la persona que enviaron no era muy recursiva.

very pleasant
Pros:

No hassle checking in, the receptionist was very pleasant. The cleanliness, the quietness and the comfort of the room and the location This is not the first time we stayed there and we are always pleased.
We did not have breakfast there so cannot comment on that.

Cons:

The only thing was that we were not able to have dinner onsite, but understood because of renovations.
