Encantados con todo. Hicimos la reserva de una habitación doble y al llegar, por falta de disponibilidad, nos alojaron en una suite. Qué decir de la suite, una maravilla en todos los aspectos. Limpia, cómoda, enorme y con un aparcamiento gigante privado.

Está bien comunicado para ir a la Warner y muy cerca del centro comercial Nasica. Habitaciones amplia y limpia. Confortable. En frente tiene una gasolinera con cafetería.
El acceso al garaje con el vehículo y la limpieza del garaje
Fue muy positivo el parking gratuito.
El personal de cafetería muy amable y la chica que estaba el 24 de Agosto en recepción a nuestra salida muy simpática
La ubicación, nos pasamos la salida y tuvimos de dar una vuelta de 12 km. Esta en un polígono industrial
Está muy cerca del parque Warner
En ese momento tenían obras en el parking

Me pusieron un colchón roto y no me ofrecieron nada, qué recogiese y les dejase las pertenencias en consigna y qué me daban otra habitación al día siguiente,, todo por qué no podían cambiar el colchón por molestias y al ser finde semana no había personal de mantenimiento, y que por tanto me tenía que joder yo y hacer 2 veces la entrada, les dije que no que eso me suponía más que dormir en el colchón roto.
A todo esto lo primero fue decir que era culpa mía por qué no lo había dicho al entrar, a lo que conteste pues lo he probado ahora cuando he ido acostarme la primera noche. Quien debe comprobar digo yo que serán ellos......
A su vez tampoco me dieron esa alternativa de forma real sino para que la negase.
Evidentemente no hubo nada de cortesía o lo que fuese para paliar dormir en un colchón roto.

La atención, la comida, las instalaciones y la limpieza…
Aunque ya me habían advertido que en las habitaciones triples las camas eran individuales y para la pareja eran 2 camas pegadas, dormir fue un poco incómodo. Pero la niña durmió estupendamente porque las camas son cómodas solo que no funciona para la pareja.
El trato al cliente, la limpieza y la comodidad de la cama.
La entrada al parking un poco estrecha por decir algo.
