Everything! The staff is great and vibrant. You can tell they really love what they do. Room as clean and comfortable. Breakfast is amazing! Beautiful kitchen staff. The ladies made sure you had enough. Sooo clean!! WE WILL BE BACK! 🥰

**OAK GROVE CRIME WARNING**

We stayed one night here this past weekend on our way back to Missouri from Georgia, hauling a boat that we just purchased. The hotel staff informed us we would need to park on the side road initially, which we were fine with.

However, after returning from dinner and preparing to park on the side road, an Oak Grove police officer informed us that "Oak Grove is the last place he would choose to stay" due to the high crime and frequent break-ins. He was especially concerned for us because of our high profile boat. He recommended we head north/west another 30 miles to a safer town.

This was obviously pretty rattling because we had no idea otherwise. I went to speak with the manager at the front desk and kindly asked if they would consider making an exception and allowing us to park on the hotel property where it was well lit and ample parking existed. He responded with a prompt "no". Zero flexibility and no consideration. The manager said there was no basis to the officer's concerns and that they had not had any crime issues....

The manager did mention that we they share the adjoining lot with McDonalds and we could go park there. Mind you, their lot is pitch dark and has no camera monitoring. Not to mention several abandoned cars just sitting about. My ask of the manager was that if they use that lot as an overflow, what was the issue with allowing us to use the hotel lot? Again he responded with a straight "no". In fact, he was quite prompt in offering to check us out. Seriously??

We brought a security concern to the hotel staff and there was absolutely no regard given. An incredibly dissatisfying experience. It's also worth noting that the hotel entrance is not secured overnight. Anybody can walk in and access any area of the hotel (how comforting). I went outside just after midnight to check on our truck and boat and learned this. It's also worth mentioning that all of the open spots that were there just hours before were still wide opened, even despite the manager informing us they were fully booked.

So please make note of the warning we received, because we will not be staying in Oak Grove again and we will especially re-consider any future visits with Hampton/Hilton as a result of their inflexibility to offer us any additional comfort when security became a concern.

The breakfast had a bit of different choices which we liked. Pool was great, large enough to do laps and warm enough too.

Our room was extra clean, modern & new. The carpet was a nice warm addition! The bath products were clean ingredients & had a fresh scent.

The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable. All the staff were very nice and professional. The complimentary breakfast was very good. Nice place to stay.
