I'll only stay here when in town.
Pros:

The room was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. It was quiet and I slept better than I have in a really long time.

Great Location, Clean, Comfortable room, fantastic pool!
Pros:

Great location, and wonderful and friendly front staff and management. They text you periodically with great communication throughout your visit.
Fantastic breakfast choices, clean common areas, to include pool with plenty of seating and towels , and lobby. Comfortable and clean rooms. Great Stay!

Cons:

I did let friendly front desk staff on this upon checking out, but I was on 3rd floor and WiFi consistently kicked me off devices. She was going to let the internet provider know.
Also, this is being very picky but bathroom is kind of small for a queen suite and door is heavy and shuts automatically with no way to prop it open.

Pretty expensive in a sketchy area and the rooms definitely need to be cleaned better!

Can walk to get something to eat.

Cons:

They had a lot of sketchy cars around and people. I had to get moved to a diffetent room because of stains on my bed and the second room had stains on one of the pillows and a gouge in the tub.

The kids enjoyed the pool & a chance to expend some built energy!
The sofa bed & extra space worked well for the five of us.

Cons:

I'm kinda short & have had knee replacementsurgery- the beds are kinda tall & can be difficult to get into. I was wishing for a step!
