Taksim Tulip Residence & Hotel

The room they provided me Initially wasn't good at all. Full of smoking smells, not cleaned. Later they provided me a good apartment. They didn't have many things such as Fan, cookware etc. I had to ask. The person in charge couldn't communicate with English but really helpful, always smiling. Overall average.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schmutzig und entsprach nicht zu den Fotos. Es hat bis 17:00 Uhr gedauert bis wir das Zimmer bekommen haben. Das Personal war zwar nett aber konnte nur auf Tückisch sprechen. Die Lage war gut . Eine tägliche Reinigung würde nicht angeboten und als wir danach gefragt haben, wurde uns ein Bessen und Mopp gegeben damit wir es selber erledigen. Aber insgesamt Personal waren sehr nett und beim Flughafen Transport haben uns geholfen

Centrally located and easily accessible. BUT the conditions are really.

Swtiches, electricity and ligts were not workning properly
Fan was out order
Ac- condition was perfect.

It was really good ! with incredible views over the city and only a short walk away from Taksim Square, shops and restaurants

They relocated us to another property which was so old, it was literally falling apart. No WiFi, no air conditioning, the windows were broken and wouldn't close.

Our stay was good! Aaaabbberrrrhaaam!!!! was fantastic! Close to the outdoor mile long strip mall/food court called Istiklal street. Great shopping and exceptional food. Short walk (20 min.) to the sea wharf.

Although the location is perfect 1 minute walk to Taksim square and walking street, the apartments could be better.

- It was really dirty when we arrived but the staff was helpful and made it look better.

- We didn’t have any hot water until we mentioned that to the staff. Then we had some. The shower is disgusting.

- The internet connection is poor.

+ The terrace is nice.

+ The bed upstairs is comfortable, but the sofa downstairs should be changed.

I wouldn’t come there again but for the first holiday it was OK as the price wasn’t high. We didn’t spend much time there.

And I really liked the staff. They were ready to help and friendly always asking how we were.

I can’t recommend the apartment but I do recommend that area to stay.

Virement c'est déconseillé d'aller la bas même pour rien . Il mon volé ma montre plus mon haute parlors qui je viens d'acheter.
Et quand j'ai demander au bos il ma dit je te sonne pour que tu récupères tes affres.
Ik sauvé bien que je part le même soir donc pas de nouvelles !!!!😖😖😖😖😖😖

В целом все нормально. Понравилось место расположения отеля, желание персонала прийти на помощь, сам номер был неплохой. Я без возвышенных претензий, мне было в номере удобно. Минус в полохом вай-фае.

직원들이 친절하지만 건물이 오래되고 청소등 관리가 잘 되지 않아 지저분하고 좋지 않습니다.

Nous n avons pas dormis ds cet établissement nous sommes allés ds 2 autres hôtels le réceptionniste n’a pas voulu nous rendre la photocopie des passeports que nous avions signer avant d avoir vue l état salubre de son établissement peinture cloquée humidité sale fuite d’eau sol mouillé

Demasiadas cosas malas. Él área es horrorosa. El edificio es viejo y mal mantenido. Aunque nos estaban esperando la llegada y nos recibieron bien al otro día a las 12:00 ya fueron a sacarnos para el checo out.
No recomendable para nada.

They took my money without given me the key. I breserved duplex room with teras. For 2 adults and 3 children .they gave me douplex under the ground with sofa instead of bed . And when i told them that iam going to my friend and will come back they used me credit card and took 355 euro without my permision and next day i asked why and where is the key they told me that they sold it. Expedia has very bad suppliers and Expedia not help me so why i have to work with you again. Also i told my freinds abd i had put it on my face book.
No deal with Expedia any more ....

It was an amazing trip to Istanbul and the stay at Taksim Tulip Residence has been wonderful! Ardan, his mom, and the entire team were very accommodating. Love the privacy given and the duplex apart was sufficient and big for a solo traveller like me. I will definitely return in my next trip to Turkey

Fuyez !!! C est une grosse arnaque. Deja le nom TULIPn existe pas a cette adresse mais il s agit bien de BIANCO. Tout est en mauvais etat, cassé, sale...rien a voir avec les photos. Pas le choix je suis resté 1 nuit puis vite parti dans un hotel 3etoiles a sultanameth...pour 10 euros de plus c etait le grand luxe, propre et renové.
C est une honte de louer des appartements dans cet etat de delabrement et de crasse.....

Otele gittiğimizde bize rezervasyon yaptığımız oda haricinde başka bir oda verebileceklerini söylediler ve oda da ki saç kurutma makinesi bile çalışıyordu. Berbat bir hizmet fotoğraflarla alakası yok.

Firstly the people who work for and run the business do try and be very helpful, and they are very friendly and as such it is sad to say that the property did not live up to the pictures or the potential.

The furniture was old and had been burned by cigarettes, the breakfast bar nearly collapses when you lean on it, the fan downstairs was missing a blade and was so unstable that when it was on no-one would want to sleep under it in fear of it falling from the ceiling.

The AC failed after 3 days, and the very helpful staff tried to fix it but it took 3 days. It is hot in Turkey in the summer months.

The shower had good pressure and was very clean.

The potential is there.

The area around the flat is under renovation and as such do expect a pretty area. It is certainly on the gritty side.

Jeg havde bestilt en værelse med balkon til 5 ps. som fremgik af Hotels.com. Da vi kom frem sagde de blot at værelset var udlejet til andre, men at der heller ikke kunne være 5 ps. I stedet kunne jeg få stue/kælder lejligheden uden balkon eller andet. Jeg kunne ikke få reduceret min pris.
Ligeledes havde jeg bestilt transport til og fra lufthavnen, som hotelet bekræftede pr. mail. Da vi ankom til lufthavnen var der ingen der ventede på os, så jeg ringede til hotelet der blot oplyste vi selv måtte finde ud af noget.
Billeder af værelser er ret visende, og værelserne er ok. Men hotellet ligger ikke som beskrevet og vist på billeder. I Stedet ligger det i en meget beskidt baggård/gade.

l'appartement sur la photo n'a rien avoir avec la réalité pas assez d'ustensile ,ennuyeux renfermé, manque de propreté dans un mauvais quartier on a été déçu
