I was put in a separate accommodation building the other side of the road. It was not worth £95.00 per night!
Great location for food bars ect.would stay again.

Used all the facilities on site and was very good then had the ploughman’s platter for food that was absolutely beautiful

No shower curtain so there was amount of water on the bathroom floor

Noise being ground floor next to the road and Bees Knees.
Didn't sleep very well.........This time though(25/26 July), the receptionist found room to upgrade me to the Washington and on the 2nd floor and it was lovely. As a regular visito, it would be nice to be recognised and given this upgrade if availability is fitting, my company rates only allow me to book the sleepwell(contradiction in name in my experience).

Didnt have my booking on the system, appeared to give me the reserve room that they use for last case scenarios. The stairwell ran diagonally above the bed so every time someone walked up the stairs it boomed through just above your head. Hidden charges for using the gym. Main reception in a different building. Free parking was the only decent part.

Ironing facilities were bad damaged small cup tw tea bags over two night could do with more milk
£15 for breakfast is a no no
That I have to check in from a different building then having to drive to another building for the room
