It had its ups and downs; but wouldn’t stay again.
Pros:

Don’t know his name but first person that greeted us was helpful and wonderful. Got us reservations at Don Julio. Good location except for restaurants. Morning and evening refreshments. Huge comfortable bed, tall windows.

Cons:

Needs tender loving care. Bathroom in particular; can see the wear and tear. Bathtub was warm instead of hot water, and was most uncomfortable to try and sit in. Sink had ugly cracks. Dirty terrace. No restaurant. Received misinformation about restaurants service and hours of operation, ending up walking several miles for nothing!

Buena ubicación y buena calidad.
Pros:

Muy linda ubicación, la habitación grande y muy iluminada. Muy buena calidad de los muebles. La cama muy cómoda.

Cons:

Que teníamos detrás de una cortina una bolsa de un envío que había sido de otro huésped y no funcionaba el hidro masaje pero me hicieron una atención por esto.
Y que el hotel no cuenta con desayuno en la instalación.

Lovely staff, beautiful hotel, will be back
Pros:

It is a beautiful property. The rooms are well appointed. The staff is incredible. Super helpful. I have stayed there before, it is still delightful.

Cons:

When I was first there, they had a restaurant and breakfast in the atrium. I miss that. However, breakfast is merely around the corner and was delicious.
