La hermosa vista que tiene hacia la plaza y lo céntrico

Que nos mandaron hasta el 6to piso y nos da miedo el elevador, por lo que tuvimos que subir y bajar por escaleras los dis dias que estuvimos y pregunté en recepción si cuando reserve puedo escoger cuando menos el piso, pero me dijeron que no, que acomodan dependiendo los espacios 🥺 sería lo único, de ahí en más todo bien 🙌

I think they charged me for one more day than I actually stayed. Additionally I arrived in Morelia after leaving the hotel 2 days early and had to take a room in a different hotel than I had reserved for a higher cost. I don't know what happened at one hotel, but I think I should have gotten better treatment there.

The location is excellent; I was satisfied with the hotel!
Pros:

Location is excellent, the best attribute on this hotel. Entrance Lobby is very minimal and not quiet welcoming. Elevator enters in an obscured corner at the 2nd floor to a large room that is the reception but not that attractive. Room was clean, compact and efficient comfortable for short stay but not enough closet for longer stay. It was ok for me because stayed only one night. We had an early morning flight to catch and left before they opened the restaurant and cannot comment on breakfast, however, I requested them to pack the breakfast to go but that service was not offered.
