El baño lleno de pelos y la regadera solo un tubo oxidado no tenia la regadera parecia hotel de paso.

Great great location
Excellent location in Centro Historico on pedestrian street with numerous restaurants, cafes, and other businesses. Security guard at entrance just outside the lifts. Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious room with a comfortable bed and nice linens, a large desk and chair, open wardrobe closet, air conditioning, blackout shades. The buffet breakfast was tasty with a variety of sweet/savory items, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, toast/pastries, juices, coffee/tea.
It's not that I didn't like it, but the entire Centro area was barricaded due to World Cup Fan Fest Zones so some detours were necessary. It wasn't a problem except when I tried locating my Uber driver who could not drive into the area. Pillow on bed was too hard for my preference.
La ubicación, el servicio en general. El desayuno limitado, pero cuando solicitamos ayuda con algún alimento estuvieron dispuestos.
El agua de la ducha olía a sifón, no sé si es del hotel, de Guadalajara o del sector, pero el agua olía tan feo que sentía que me estaba bañando con agua sucia.

Location is good has a nice view and staff was very friendly and tried really hard to accommodate me to another room after I explained mine was dirty unfortunately the second room was also dirty. Front desk helped me to cancel the rest of my stay and I went to a different hotel.

Cómo está justo enfrente del fan fest es muy complicado llegar de noche. Tardamos una hora en poder llegar a un lugar donde nos dejaran pasar. Sabemos que no es culpa del hotel, solo me hubiera gustado un mapa interactivo de por donde pasar, porque tenía que llamar para preguntar.
