Pros:

Très bien placé.
Chambre très confortable. Très bon petit déjeuner buffet. Café et chocolat à volonté 24/24.
Accueil très chaleureux et très professionnel du personnel.

Cons:

Le bruit de la place le soir mais notre chambre étant situé côté cour nous avons pu dormir.
Le prix demandé pour un checkout tardif.

Muy buen ubicación, hay té y café disponible 24 horas y tienen facilidad de imprimir en el lugar.

Cons:

El.lavamanos estaba roto, el colchón de 1 lado se hundía y el segundo día no pude desayunar porque ponen 1 solo guiso y era cerdo.

Excelente estadía
Pros:

Excelente hotel, muy cómodo, desayuno delicioso, personal muy amable.

Cons:

La ubicación es cercana a muchas cosas pero al ser en el centro puede sentirse un poco insegura de noche. Si sales y llegas en Uber está perfecto.

decent location not far from the metro or some sights

Cons:

neither a fan nor AC in the room, which made it very hot during the summer (but a fan was provided thankfully). the soaps in the bathroom were locked to the wall and the locking mechanism prevented them from actually being pumped, so we had to unscrew the bottles from the lids in order to use them, which was annoying and unnecessary.
